The gentlemen who installed my dishwasher and removed my old one were professional, timely, and fun to talk with. They performed a great installation and did a thorough check of their work.

Installer was friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. No wasted time or movements. Removal and installation were done methodically and in a timely manner. Final instructions were helpful.

Felicia was R Tech and she did a marvelous job. when she 1st got out here the 1st Tech that came did not tell us all the parts we needed. when she got here she told us what we needed we got what we needed and she came out and completed the job with professionalism and excellence. She also said that we were missing a kickplate and she went back and got us a kick plate and came out the next day and installed it She is a credit to your company

The technician called ahead of time to state his arrival time and he was right on time. Hex was very efficient in his installation and left everything clean!

The one thing I love the most about this dishwasher is the ability to wash a half load or a whole load. This works perfectly for those times that you don't have a full load. The half load can be top or bottom which is great too. Very quiet and easy to use.

I bought the dishwasher from Best Buy...a Bosch...love it!! Due to having to do a modification to the shut off valve, Best Buy people did not install it. I had to pay for someone else to install it. Best Buy, after 3 appointments finally came and picked up the old dishwasher. All in all, Best Buy did stay on top of this and resolved everything.

Love the dishwasher but when bestbuy installed it they tighten the hose to tight which cracked the rubber washer. This caused a leak under it for a month before we noticed and smelt the rotting of our wood floors. We started a claim sent pictures and the invoice for the work like they asked us to. The geek squad worker who fixed also noted the issues. It’s been over 6 weeks and the lady who was supposed to be helping us went on some type of leave and no one will return our calls or emails

Driver was late and getting an answer on when delivery occurred was a nightmare... Transferred to one unknowledgeable person after another... Installation was smooth... Took him longer to bring the dishwasher in than it did to set up...

Received a call from Rob that they would be there within 20-30 minutes; time line was met. Rob and his partner (sorry forgot his name) explained the process. Installation was thorough (to include a tutorial)! Customer Service was excellent.

My Bosch dishwasher was installed by Best Buy or its contractors when promised and it was done within about 15 minutes. It was done to my satisfaction and everything was explained to me. I am very happy with this installation.
