GeeK Squad installed my new dishwasher. AS usual, they were efficient, on time, and installed the unit without any issues. My technician was very knowledgeable about the product and patiently demonstrated all of the features.

KD and Payton from Elite Appliance Installs LLC were fantastic.they arrived on time after calling 15 minute before arrival. Very nice young men. Quickly came in with tools, removed the old dishwasher. Then brought in my beautiful new dishwasher and installed it surprisingly quickly. These two gentlemen were friendly, professional, and efficient. They absolutely get the highest grade of perfect 10 from me. I am keeping their companies information in case I need them for something else.

Installers called 30 minutest before arrival and were quick in courteous in getting the dishwasher installed. Tested the product and showed me how to use and provided instructions and product registration. only issue is that the install looks like it may not be level and is tipped forward. I'm having an issue with the door opening properly and not sure if this is because the product is not level or if it is just the product? I did get the warranty so the geek squad will more than likely be coming back to address this.

The guys from Veterans Plumbing sent by Best Buy to install out dishwasher were great. They were onetime, got it installed quickly, and showed us how to use it. Would definitely recommend.

The installers had difficulty in getting into our condo complex and their English was poor. However their skills were great and they did a fantastic job!,

It seemed to be a pretty easy install. The water pressure is fine and the dishwasher does what it's supposed to do, which is CLEAN!

Our dishwasher was never delivered or installed after 2 appointments. The first of which they canceled at 5 PM, stating that the dishwasher was not there at the warehouse when they went to pick it up and then on December 4th waited home all day for them to deliver the dishwasher as scheduled and install it, and all we got was an installation kit. No dishwasher was ever installed or brought to the house. We got nothing but the runaround from Best Buy's customer service. They have not canceled the order as we asked them to since they obviously could not get it here and they have not removed it from the credit card. We will never go through Best Buy for anything again.

The installers that removed my old dishwasher and installed my new one were great! They were very professional and took good care when moving the dishwashers across the flooring. They even vacuumed up the mouse droppings behind the old dishwasher LOL.

Would have been useful to understand requiring a new outlet for a bosch dishwasher was a requirement which replaced a GE profile connected directly to conduit - it required additional $100 for them to install the outlet behind DW and I didn't really have a choice if wanted the dishwasher installed. they did a good job, but this should have been part of the pre-installation checklist for me to confirm outlet type.

Installation was perfect. Had to install a new electrical outlet since the old one was hard wired. The guys did a nice job.

Got this after my daughter got one. Very quiet. Awesome cleaning. Like the 3rd rack.

I was very impressed by my installers work ethic and professionalism, unfortunately my home is older and the old dishwasher had been tiled in with very thick tile and wonder board with concrete so it made it very difficult to put in but Carlos from geek squad managed to put it in with no damage which was a magic trick in its self, he worked tirelessly and did a great job. He brought me back to the days when customer service ment something, that's why I always go back to Best Buy I get great service and I'm always treated like I'm the most important person in the world. I wanted to say that Carlos from Geek squad performed above and beyond the call of duty on my install, Best Buy has a great team member in him.

We depend on Best Buy for quality installation and repair of our appliances. Installer Milton was professional and efficient when he installed our new LG Dishwasher!

Dishwasher installation took longer than expected. My dishwasher is not flush with the cabinets and a little crooked. I had expected a more professional job than what the contractor did. I would like to have it adjusted. But, who do you call? It should have been installed correctly the first time.

Technicians arrived on time and installed the dishwasher quickly and efficiently. Tested dishwasher. Took away old dishwasher and left area clean.
