Cleans very well. Slightly noisier than my previous Bosch. Still has the same problem with the bottom rack: if you place something on one side it seems to get the drawer out of balance and it comes off the shelf track. Very annoying bending over and trying to get it back on track. I would have thought they'd have fixed this problem by now. I really liked the previous model (which is why I bought another one), but this one is not quite as good. I'd recommend with the caveat about noisier and the shelf track unbalance.

My geodesic dome house presents challenges to nearly everyone installing something or working on the various parts needing work. This dishwasher installation was no different. Water supply valve was hard to find. A "standard" size dishwasher just squeezed into a "standard" opening in the cabinet lineup that had held two previous "standard"dishwashers. The Geeks stuck with it until finished, and pointed out a dent in the top edge of the stainless steel door, that I probably would not have noticed until after installation was complete. They instructed me to contact Best Buy to work out a solution to the damage. I chose their offer of a new undamaged dishwasher over a 10% reduction in my purchase price. The following week the new dishwasher was in place, and everyone was satisfied.

I am very happy with the men that installed my dishwasher. They were prompt, efficient and pleasant. I was hesitant to have Best Buy install the dishwasher. It was a good choice. They hauled off the old one . It was easy.

The installer was very courteous, made sure the dishwasher was properly leveled, and took time to explain operation to us. We offered a tip which he refused (store policy). We appreciated his honesty. Dishwasher has worked perfectly.

I had the cabinet dimensions with me at the store, was concerned about the fit, but the salesman assured me there was no problem. When the first install crew arrived, they said there was no way it would fit and left. Salesman had to confer with install folks, sent out another crew which was able to do the install without trouble.

The same guy that installed my stove also did the dishwasher install. He was efficient and made sure it didn't leak before he left. Even helped us put the furniture back that we had moved to make room for getting the dishwasher in.

Installer was knowledgeable and performed the installation without any problems. Only gave 4 stars because the timeframe we set up for installation was in the morning and Best Buy left two phone messages with conflicting time frames. It was late afternoon when the installer arrived so we had to wait all day not knowing when he would arrive.

I had to wait over a month to get my dishwasher installed due to the third party service for installation. NOT acceptable!!!!!!! When I finally got to talk to the manager of my Best Buy {by going to the store} I got excellent service. Please git rid of the third party service!!!!!!!

Installation was seamless. The installer was polite, informative and clean. I could not has asked for any better. I was truly impressed (and I am not easily impressed.

The men that installed my new Kitchen Aid Dish Washer did a very good job installing it. They were very professional and they did their job in a most efficient manner. Yes, they did their work very well. I had no problem with them.

Dishwasher was installed in a careful and proper manner protecting the counter and cabinet spaces around it from scratching and damage. New dishwasher works like a charm.
