They did a great job and with a little problem with the first one being delivered with a dent in it however it was installed so we were not left with no dishwasher and the new one was brought out as soon as possible for replacement

We had a GREAT installer for our Bosch dishwasher. He paid close attention to the details, installed it perfectly, and cleaned up everything. I would DEFINITELY use this service again! The Maytag repairman isn't gone, he's working at BEST BUY!

Installation was done very professionally by the team of installers.

Did not get a call from the installers until there was about one hour left in the 4 hour window for delivery/install, and then only because I called BB and asked that they contact the installer and have them call us to update. Finally got a callback to let us know that they were running late, Duh! Wasted at least 5-1/2 hours that could have been used for other things. Final install was OK, but not great. DW not centered in opening.

The first attempt at installation was a disaster with the installers leaving us to “call a plumber” to fix their mistakes. My husband had it fixed within 45 minutes of their departure but a second appointment could not be done until a week later. The second attempt went more smoothly and I no longer had to do my dishes by hand!

Best Buy installation team (Geek Squad) did a great job installing my new dishwasher. They contacted me several days before the scheduled date to make sure all the requirements on my end were met and to confirm the date and time. They arrived right on schedule, were careful in bringing the dishwasher into the house, and did a careful and meticulous job installing. I was really impressed that my installer used a level a number of times in all orientations to check the vertical and horizontal balance of the dishwasher installation. The installers were knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. This is the second time i have had a major appliance installed by Best Buy and my experience each time has been very positive. i would definitely use them again.

My installer was on time and notified me when he was coming both the day before and the morning of the install. He was careful bringing my dishwasher in and while installing. Everything works great and worked the first time.

I definitely like this product. Very quiet and does a good job of cleaning my dishes. I would recommend this dishwasher.

Worth it. They came on time hauled away my old one seamlessly and was in and out of install in less than an hour. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because I didn’t appreciate that the connection line runs awkwardly over my trash can under the sink.

The installation was done quickly and efficiently. The two men that came out were courteous and friendly and were careful when moving the old dishwasher out and installing the new dishwasher. Everything was completed on time and correctly.

I usually hate paying for installations but with our dishwasher we landed a free one so no problems there! The guy had it installed and running in less than an hours. Was very nice and courteous and answered any questions we had. Great customer service

The 2 installers knew what they were doing and quickly replaced the old dishwasher with the new one using the recommended install kit. Everything fit and dishwasher is working perfectly.
