Installers were on time, respectful of my property and very knowledgeable. Would pay for install, they did a great job and I am very pleased.

Wow. Start to finish I was overwhelmed with the professional nature of the installers and their attention to not causing any issues. Our floor was covered to protect the finish and the installers kept us abreast of their timeline. They wet so far as to call and ask if they could come earlier then scheduled.

They installed the new dishwasher and got it working enough to demonstrate (although knowledge of latest industry features was lacking). However, they left one unrelated water valve closed under the sink from their initial experimentation, and left the power cord of the installation kit, that had to run through the back of a stack of drawers between sink and DV, placed such that one drawer wouldn't close until I added my own clamp.

The arrival window was narrowed down the night before, from 7a-7p to 12p-4p. On the delivery day, they notified me around 10:30am that they'd be arriving around 12:45pm, which they did. They were polite, professional, and answered all my questions. They removed my old dishwasher, installed the new one and ran the test cycle, cleaned up and were done around 1:30pm. Easiest appliance purchase ever!

Installation crew did an amazing job, communicative, prompt, and clean work.

Cleans very well. Slightly noisier than my previous Bosch. Still has the same problem with the bottom rack: if you place something on one side it seems to get the drawer out of balance and it comes off the shelf track. Very annoying bending over and trying to get it back on track. I would have thought they'd have fixed this problem by now. I really liked the previous model (which is why I bought another one), but this one is not quite as good. I'd recommend with the caveat about noisier and the shelf track unbalance.

Guys came in took old unit out and installed new unit in less than an hours. Instructed us on the use of prouct.

The same guy that installed my stove also did the dishwasher install. He was efficient and made sure it didn't leak before he left. Even helped us put the furniture back that we had moved to make room for getting the dishwasher in.

This all went really well - Brandon at the store suggested a "drop off one day, install the next" - this was the fastest way to install. He also sold me the Total Tech package - a good deal, covers some install/delivery/whatever costs - pleased with this. Robby was one of the installers, he showed me how to use the dishwasher, the options, he really knew what to demo/explain. Good job to him and his co-worker (didn't catch the name) Looking like I got lucky getting the dishwasher and the sales/installation - good job Best Buy!

The installer was very courteous, made sure the dishwasher was properly leveled, and took time to explain operation to us. We offered a tip which he refused (store policy). We appreciated his honesty. Dishwasher has worked perfectly.

Very good! They called prior to arrival, came in to assess the area and quickly got to work. All their communications werer very polite. once it was install it was tested to assure it was in working order. the pay process was very easy. It took a few days to get to us but the wait was well worth it!

The men that installed my new Kitchen Aid Dish Washer did a very good job installing it. They were very professional and they did their job in a most efficient manner. Yes, they did their work very well. I had no problem with them.

The install was done by two very courteous young gentlemen who were very knowledgeable about the installation. They did a very good job and tested unit before leaving.

Our dishwasher broke down. Best Buy had the best price and closest delivery date. They came out and installed it within five days and hauled the old one away.

Best Buy install team were fast and efficient. Alonzo was excellent removing the old dishwasher and expertly installing the new LG dishwasher. They even wore booties in our house.
