The guys were fast, clean, knowledgeable and very friendly. They were in and out in a blink of an eye. They went through the machine with me and answered any questions I had. Definitely worth the money.

The in staller was very systematic and meticulous. Our counter arrangement is a bit odd and he adjusted seamlessly. There was a lot of attention to detail and care.

Item works perfect but the sides of the door had a dent when it was shipped. Other than that the dishwasher works well and the installation was perfect.

Very quiet when operating. Does a good job on all cleaning cycles. If you are just rinsing be aware that no heat comes on to dry off the water and that the door should be left slightly ajar to let moisture escape.

Best Buy uses an external contractor for the install and they were great. Very clean install and took the time to explain the new dishwasher. They even gave some helpful tips.

Geek Squad exceeded our expectation. Super efficient but were careful not to damage walls, carpets, etc. They knew what they needed to do and got it done quickly and took time to explain how to use the dishwasher.

Installers were courteous. However we had to call them back the same day because of error messages when we tried the dishwasher. Turns out the dishwasher was installed with a kink to the waterline, thus the error messages. Fixed the same day. Inconvenient, but glad it worked out.
