They made it so so so easy and stress free! They were here on time, were professional, explained the dishwasher thoroughly, and were super polite!

Installation went great. The guys were friendly and answered all of my question. They were on time and the installation went quickly. They cleaned up after themselves and the unit works great!

Pretty good service. Installers were not as careful with my floor as I would have liked. Maybe put down your own stick on floor protector if you care about your flooring.

After having the dishwasher replaced, I can tell you this unit is so quite, you have to listen very closely to know it's even on. It does a fantastic job of cleaning our dishes and I am very happy with this unit.

The installer was on time (in fact early) and made quick work of the install. Very professional and polite. He made sure the dishwasher was level and in good operating order. Would definitely give him 5 stars.

Delivered product but couldn't install. Needed to reschedule. Tech didn't note on work order he didn't install. When finally got through your automated system and talk to live person, thry thought it was done. When finally figured out it was not we got a new date. On day of install, no show. I had previously filled out the preparation checklist. Called in again, and system apparently needed me to click a link to see it was scheduled and then another link yo reschedule because there was a problem. No clear guidance on the need for second link. So wasted a day waiting on something that was not goingbto happen. BTW, even got a text night before saying it was going to happen. So i expected it to occur. Once i found out it wasnt happening i called back in and the best you could do was 2 weeks later (12/29/25). I bought this in mid Oct, it has been sitting in my dining room since mid Nov and cant install until end of Dec. So done with BestBuy services.

Our installer was prompt, professional, and engaging. He answered all our questions with a thoughtful, accurate response. The area under the sink is crowded with a cannister and flexible pipes for an RO unit and filtering system which makes for a tight space in which to install the drain pipe and connect to existing plumbing. These conditions didn't hinder his work or the time it took to install. After the install was done he ran the machine through a test wash and showed us how to set up a wash cycle and modify the racks to allow for more space.

Our technician was the best. Worked real hard to make sure everything worked and we were happy.

I give Andrade an 11 out of 10 stars!! It was not the easiest installation (but not his fault). With old plumbing and little space to work in, we still didn't hear a single complaint from Andrade. He was a great mix of professionalism, knowledge and pleasantness...he even took the time to give me a demo --and made sure I understood--before leaving. I tried out the dishwasher that evening and it was perfect. The quality of an installer can make or break the entire buying experience. We hope we can request Andrade when we purchase our next large appliance from Best Buy!

My dishwasher installation was done very smoothly. The workers are very friendly and had job done professionally aned quickly.

Team came in and put the dishwasher in place in just 30 minutes, including a kill switch. They called 30 minutes ahead as they said they would. Were courteous and professional!! Perfect!

I am very happy with my dishwasher. It’s extremely quiet and all my dishes (including pots and pans) are sparkling clean at the end of the systems cycle.
