The first time my dishwasher was delivered was supposed to be between noon and 4 pm. They arrived at 7:30 pm and told me the dishwasher wouldn't fit without remodeling the counter. I picked out a smaller dishwasher, and this time they were on time, but charged me an extra $150 to remove the old dishwasher because I had a new floor put in recently. It involve cutting a few things with a tool and took all of five minutes. I would advise removing the old dishwasher yourself, for that price.

The installation of our dishwasher went perfectly. Very friendly and efficient workmen. Notified us of the time of arrival.

Was hesitant at first for the cost but turned out to be perfect for us. professional, fast, on time and took my old one with them.

I’m struggling to figure this machine out. It is really quiet.

I love the dishwasher but have had problems since day 1. It was installed with a large dent in the side of the door, returned to the store and arranged to have it replaced, the order was lost somehow and no installer showed up on the appointed day. Returned to store and arranged to have the dishwasher replaced, they came and the replacement dishwasher also had a dent in the same place. Returned to the store again and made a 3rd appt. for the dishwasher to be replaced. It is supposed to happen Dec 14, the original dishwasher was installed Oct 26th. I hope this will be the last time I have to go back to the store for this particular item. Everyone at the store has been very nice and very helpful and I love the product itself but very frustrated with the delays.

Couldnt be a nicer guy that came to the house and installed the dishwasher and microwave. Very professional and went above and beyond to get the job done right.

During the COVID pandemic, the installation guy was respectful, practiced safe procedures and did an excellent job in a timely fashion. they should use them always.

Price was a little high for the work, however that might be the going rate I didn’t compare the installation price’s. The kitchen sub floor did not continue under the dishwasher as a result the installer left the unit out about inch or two from being flush. So the appearance could be better and I hope that the fact it’s not level won’t effect the performance or longevity of the machine.
