I had a dishwasher replaced and the tech that was sent out did a great job. He was thorough, prompt, and clean. Hauled away the old dishwasher and when he left, it was like he'd never been here.

Hauled off and installed new dishwasher. with little or no trouble.

When we purchased the dishwasher we noted that we needed a two man crew to carry it up to the kitchen. The first delivery try was solo and had to reschedule! The two man team did a very mice job but the dishwasher stopped working after a week. I think that the problem is that the door could not close properly because it was catching on part of the counter. To their credit BB scheduled a very quick re-installation with a NEW unit which has since worked wonderfully.!!!

This was a reset of the dishwasher. The first technician did not set it back enough to allow the panel, once installed to line up with the cabinetry. Geraime with Lone Star Appliance came out for the reset. He corrected the install in several ways. He also gave me some instruction regarding the way the dishwasher was set up. Very professional and pleasant. I recommend him

Thank you to the Best Buy installation team. They did a really wonderful job, and the installation was neat and very clean. They even fixed one of the they found during installation.

Bought a new dishwasher and took advantage of the free install. The installer was very professional and did good work. Had the old one out and new one installed, leveled and working within 40 minutes. Love the new dishwasher

Geek Squad installers were very thorough - Rudy Anaya and compatriot very knowledgeable. Both performed tests and advised me on ancillary matters related to the performance of the unit. A good experience for a change.

Kevin from Best Buy did a great job installing our new dishwasher. He was fast and efficient. When done he explained all the functions of the dishwasher and answered my wife's additional questions.

I've worked with these guys last year when I got my fridge, and to my surprise, it was to same tech come to install my dishwasher. 2 words... "Real Deal".... I would pay the extra charge to get it done right anytime.

The installer (Gilbert) was exceptional.Very quick , neat and professional.

This was not an easy installation for the Geek Squad. My unit had to be hardwired into the existing wiring. There were no shortcuts for the installer. He did an great job in the m8nimum amount of time.

Our Maytag dishwasher fit perfectly and the guys did a great job making sure the outside insulation didn't tear or get bunched up when they pushed it into the cabinet space.

Professional installation, polite crew, No problems

First, absolutely no issues to complain about. Received text and call that dishwasher delivery was arriving in 20 min. and it was spot on. Install and remove only took about 45 min. Very clean, and no leaks. I'll admit that BB wasn't my top choice for install, but after hearing about install complaints from other friends when using competitor big box home improvement stores, I gave BB a shot. Glad I did, and definitely gained confidence for future installs. Installer also provided quick overall demonstration on using the unit to get started without reading instr.
