The installer arrived when he said he would, installed the dishwasher, left no mess. It was quick. He was very professional.

I recently purchased a house where the previous dishwasher started to have a small leak. After buying a new one, they installation was better than what was there previously. Perfectly flush with the counter.

I really like the 3 shelf, with one adjustable idea. I think it doesn't need the number of cycle choices it has. But my only complaint is that since only the dishes dry and not the machine itself, it always has a funky odor inside. Kind of puts me off. I had to pick yes or no on 'recommend to a friend'. I said yes but I would warn about the smell.

This dishwasher was a replacement for another that was defective. The installer arrived on time and did a good job installing the new dishwasher after uninstalling the defective one.

Placed the order for the dishwasher but forgot to order the installation in the same order, so I called in later and added the service. The first team did terrible installation work and forgot to remove the plug from the disposer (I don't know this) and the dishwasher cannot drain. I have to call Best Buy again to send another team here. Finally they delivered another new dishwasher and send a good team to remove the previous one and installed the new one.

Or right on time as advertised the product is superior to anything we’ve owned in the past we would highly recommend it

The gentleman who installed our dishwasher did a great job. He called when he was close to arriving so we were ready. He was respectful of our home and knew his job well. Very happy with his work.

The experience was overall very good. The team did install properly and were very nice, the only downside is that one of the installers accidentally trashed the 2 screws that were supposed to be used to secure the bottom of the machine. They used other ones (silver, not black) and I am glad they are on the front bottom part so they are not noticeable otherwise I'd be upset. It was an accident but should not have happened.

This review is for installation services provided with my new dishwasher. The installation was scheduled as expected and our installer Matthew kept us informed on arrival time so we would know when to expect him. He was very professional and knowledgeable and completed the installation to our complete satisfaction and made sure we were happy with our purchase and took the time to answer any questions we had. He pointed out a small imperfection in the top panel which I had not noticed. He ordered a replacement part and returned to fix the problem within a week. He did a fantastic job and I was completely satisfied with how he completed the installation.

Quick, and efficient, and even took my old hardware off my hands. Thank you!

The dishwasher itself is wonderful! It’s quiet, the layout design allows for a plethora of dishes, cups and some bowls. I have become quite fond of the utensil layout as it allows for the items to be thoroughly cleaned and dried without any spotting. Still trying to master the delay start and the placement of bowls and larger items.
