Nelson Appliance Installation was great. Very professional and knowledgeable.

My old dishwasher was a direct connect, and new one needed a plug. The installer was able to install a plug at an additional cost, and I did not have to wait! They were speedy, tidy and polite!

Chas (our installer) was terrific. Arrived on time, did a fabulous job. He made sure everything worked perfectly before leaving. The notifications and reminders via text and email were great.

We're very satisfied with this product though it isn't comparable to our last KitchenAid dishwasher. Will miss putting plastic items on the bottom rack, but we'll get used to it. It's an excellent machine for the price.

The installation crew was very efficient, professional, and fast when they came to install our new dishwasher. They made sure there were no leaks and that the dishwasher was operating correctly before they left.

Nice install. I was a little disappointed in the modifications they needed to make to my cabinetry to fit the dishwasher but it wasn’t their fault.. it’s a very old home. We just need to trim it out now and it will be fine. I noticed the door hinge catches on the cabinet when you close it from a wide open position. Hopefully we can modify the cabinet a little bit more to make room.

We purchased a Bosch dishwasher. From delivery to setup, Best Buy services are outstanding. The installers were so polite and informative. Really great guys.

The Gentleman that installed our Dishwasher were Awesome,,,, EXTREMELY Professional, Caring, and knowledgeable.....

They were on time, answered all questions,. Checked to make sure it worked. Cleaned up after themself.

Best Buy was not clear at all about install requirements. We even had someone come out and look. They failed to mention that we needed to redo our entire piping and get a garbage disposal installed in order to get it installed. What was suppose to be installed a week after Black Friday did not get installed until almost midway through January. The only reason this is not lower than three stars is because I really like the dishwasher and the install people tired their best to be helpful. I am actually unsure how to rate this overall because I don’t want the installation people to be dinged for it. I have used best buy for numerous things and felt satisfied with their services but this one was truly a let down from them.

The GG Tech Squad installed the new Bosch dishwasher and hauled away the old one with no fuss, delay, or problems. Machine worked properly right from the get-go.
