Wrong dishwasher was delivered Had my name on it but wrong model number. Installers had taken out old dishwasher so went ahead and installed it and said correct one would be installed ASAP Second installer came with correct dishwasher and saw that first dishwasher hose had been installed so that you could not operate turn table cabinet next to it!! He and his son spent a lot of time making sure it was done properly! Great installers!!!

The team of two worked well together, and the unit was installed in no time flat.

This was a reset of the dishwasher. The first technician did not set it back enough to allow the panel, once installed to line up with the cabinetry. Geraime with Lone Star Appliance came out for the reset. He corrected the install in several ways. He also gave me some instruction regarding the way the dishwasher was set up. Very professional and pleasant. I recommend him

The guys who did the delivery were very professional and very helpful. They installed my unit very quickly and they did a great job explaining things to me. I would recommend both of them.

I will always pay for the installation of a new product, especially when it involves any plumbing or electrical work. Installer was very knowledgeable and took about 30-45 min. to get everything up and running.

Had old dishwasher replaced with new. Installer was very professional and tested unit to make sure it works before leaving.

This is the review for the second dishwasher. My brand new Best Buy dishwasher (GE) died after two washes. The installers were very nice and efficient, and this time leveled out the bottom with seems to help.

The installer (Gilbert) was exceptional.Very quick , neat and professional.

The father son team were very thorough and spent the time to confirm the job was done right. We would have given them a 5 rating if they had run the drain hose from the dishwasher to the sink along the back cabinet was(as with our previous dishwasher). My wife lost precious storage space due to this issue. If she had noticed this prior to their departure, she would have insisted that they correct this part of the installation.

While I didn’t install this dishwasher myself, I watched a team of 2 install it. They were contracted by Best Buy and did a great job. I wish I could say the same of the Best Buy notification system. I got messages by text, phone, and email. This was a classic case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand was doing.

Delivery was on schedule and organized; communication was good ahead of the installation. Unfortunately, I discovered a couple weeks later that the dishwasher was heavily damaged and leaking onto my subfloor and basement. Maintenance technician's assessment is that the machine was dropped. Best Buy's return policy is horrible and now I'm stuck with a washer that the manufacturer says is not repairable. Do not recommend buying any appliances from Best Buy!

The team that installed my dishwasher was fast and efficient. The dishwasher was installed very quickly and they gave me some tips on how the new models work since my old one was 10 years old.

We were out of town when the dishwasher was delivered, so my daughter was here. She was very impressed with the professionalism of the installer. We just purchased our house and am not very familiar with it yet. The installer let us know that we have a problem with the shut-off valve under the sink. He didn;t have to let us know. But this is something that he could not fix, but he COULD install the dishwasher. He made sure he let us know. I'm very thankful for people who want to help us. VERY happy with the installation!
