Happy that I waited to review the dishwasher. I am terribly disappointed that it’s not eve a year l paid cash and already the top portion of the door has two cracks where the screws were attached. Now I’m being told that I have to pay $90.00 for someone to look at the dishwasher. Not a good solution, especially for someone who’s already n a fixed income. Dissapointed!

Absolutely terrible service from Best Buy and XPO (third party installer). Installer did a no-call, no-show after having called me in the morning asking me to bump up my appointment an hour and a half. No one-bothered to call me, so I had to spend an hour trying to track down where the installers were. Between the wait and work on my end, total waste of a day. On top of that, they damaged my kitchen cabinetry and a gap exists between the rubber flashing and cabinet. Still trying to find resolution here. Terrible service from Best Buy and XPO!!! Neither really cares. Will never buy again from Best Buy!!!

The installer installed the dishwasher with the wrong install kit. Dishwasher didn’t work and drawer next to dishwasher would not close. Had to engage BB to get it fixed. Installer should have checked the work area before installing the dishwasher. See drawer picture.

It was installed poorly. The installer claimed that the electric panel didn't work and would have to reschedule a new one. They called to reschedule the new install. We uninstalled the bad one and swapped it out with the new one at the warehouse. We installed the new one without incident. I think we should not only get reimbursed for the first install, but credited with our own uninstall and reinstall. Right?! Oh... and our original needed to be replaced because of a busted spring...they left it behind the new one and didn't even remove it.

This was a terrible job. The dishwasher is not secure in the cabinet and leans over. I was very clear that I wanted the dishwasher flush with the cabinet.

The installers damaged the countertop. They tore the formica and said nothing when it happened and left. This happened on the first install. The dishwasher was defective and a exchange was needed. On the second install the damage to the counter top was made worse. They tore the formical off completely and glued it back on. Again they left and said nothing about making the damage worse. Not even an apology.

Not happy with the installation. Installer didn’t install it perfectly. It didn’t align with the cabinet.

Well they installed it, but didn't seem to secure the return pipe to the disposal, so after a second test, it came loose, and water got everywhere dripping down to my ceiling in the basement. Also, they didn't check anything before or after. Also pushed their hand carts on the hardwood floor, dragging the old one down the stairs and bouncing it on the wooden stairs on the deck instead of both of them carrying it.

Despite the dishwasher being faulty, the installation was a bit shotty as well. You can still see the insulation around the dishwasher sticking out from the area. I've tried to push it back but it comes out still.

The dishwasher is nice but the installation was poorly done. It is leaking already. The installer used old hardware for new installation and left a mess outside. Very disappointed.

Due to the lack of effective communication between Best Buy and their installers, this Dishwasher was never installed. After five (yes five) reschedules on both Best Buy and the installers I ended up cancelling the service and installed the unit myself (took me some time, but I eventually was successful in the installation). WARNING to all those considering Best Buy installation services... buyer beware. The photo is how the installer left the original unit after he learned that he had no installation orders (yes, he left in the middle of the job) My son and I removed the half uninstalled older unit to the garage. Absolutely deplorable service. -John

Absolutely the worst decision I’ve ever made to buy a dishwasher from Best Buy. All four have been broken. No refund has been sent. I’ve spent my own money having to call plumbers because the Best Buy people didn’t stall the dishwasher correctly. Now I’m getting a new another new one tomorrow as the last one installed was broken. Never buying with Best Buy again I am extremely devastated

The install person said that GE did not supply a long enough hose to hook up my dishwasher. He also said that if he replaced the hose with a longer one it would void my warranty. So I told him I would have my plumber come to do the install. I have had to pay my plumber and Best Buy for the installation.Photo included of plumber’s supplied hose.

First dishwasher got damaged. It became lose after the first wash. Order a replacement.

The dishwasher install was horrible. I have reported our experience with Best Buy and was promised a resolution but that never happened. I have yet to hear back from management. I just hope they started checking out the contractors skills before they send them out. I had to call my own plumber to reinstall the dishwasher. Really?

By far the worst "install" in the end they said to call a plumber. If I could give it negative stars I would. They made a jagged cut and could not get it to stop leaking put a bowl under it and said to empty it. Told them it was unacceptable so they caped it and still leaked and said to call a plumber who said it was there bad cut that caused the problem.

Installers handed me a broken part to the dishwasher they had just installed telling me to attach it myself. Only after they had left and I tried to attach the part did I become aware of their deception. The part was broken. This started a whirl wind of customer service short comings that I should not have had to deal with. Don't install things when you know they are broken and leave broken appliances with customers. Very dissatisfied and very upset with all of the time I know have to put in to get this corrected.

Just terrible. 4 appts to install it correctly and failed. After 2 months I paid someone to do it... was the same with all the appliances installs from them. Told me they were sending me a $250 gift card. Where is it? They never sent it or issued it to my account. Just straight up lied to me... worst experiences ever. Never again!

BAD DISHWASHER INSTALL! It's not level, its not all the way in cabinet and not concealed and molding is sticking out.

Installers worked really hard to come up with a solution to installing the dishwasher, however they scratched the door in 2 places, and after showing me the item as installed and running through a test cycle, it never worked. Item was defective and after install was complete the dishwasher was broken and now it’s been 24 hours of absolute ridiculous trying to stay connected to bestbuy support representatives to find another unit and get it installed. Someone please call me!!!!!!
