The dishwasher was originally installed about 11 months earlier but since then the whole unit seemed to shift side to side in an unequal manner. The Total Tech person who came was very friendly, professional and immediately diagnosed the issue, i.e. a support bracket had not been attached to the inside of the adjoining cabinet. He reinstalled the unit after adding another bracket and the unit is working fine.

Ruben R. came to our house on June 15th and uninstalled our previous dishwasher and installed our new GE dishwasher. He's an excellent worker and we hope he will always be the one to come to install any other appliances we might purchase in the future. We came into contact with him through Best Buy and he is really one of the best installers we have ever come across. We highly recommend him and can't say enough good words about him.

The gentlemen that installed my dishwasher were great, they were respectful, prompt and cleaned up after they were done. Now Bestbuy customer service was terrible, they did not deliver my order and it took 4 transfers for them to tell me that the product I ordered was backordered, even after confirming it was going to be installed. truly incompetent team.

The installation bought with my Bosch dishwasher went very smoothly. The installer was on time, worked quickly, made sure it was installed correctly, and left the area clean. He also explained the features!!

We had our dishwasher installed and it was crazy crooked the first time and insulation materials were hanging out. Best Buy was helpful and scheduled a follow up. The second time is better, but it's still not in straight. This is possibly due to an issue with an electrical box on the wall. Both times the teams were courteous and on time.

The two fellows that installed my dishwasher here in Ormond Beach, FL were very experienced and did a careful 1st class job. I'm very happy with their workmanship. Machine works perfectly.
