I deduct 1 star for the following 2 reasons. 1. The install crew charged me $75 for a new drain line. I was not advised in advance this might be a possibility and $75 seems a bit steep for installing a piece of place tubing. 2. The install crew didn't really know how to operate the dishwasher. I had to call Thermador/Bosch several times to resolve set set-up issues.

My girlfriend was home for the install and she was worried she might not know what to do. The installers were professional, friendly, fast, and they spent time to show her how everything worked.

The guys that installed my Whirlpool dishwasher knew just what they were doing. It didn't take them long at all to take the old one out and install the new one. It was definitely worth paying them to install my dishwasher than trying to do it myself or have my son do it.

Works great. However they ran test cycle and didn’t remove inside packing tape. Caused an odor. After cycle we had to remove tape at back sides and connecting racks. After removal there is no smell Also had to clean up a good deal of water under the cabinet after they left
