Ruben R. came to our house on June 15th and uninstalled our previous dishwasher and installed our new GE dishwasher. He's an excellent worker and we hope he will always be the one to come to install any other appliances we might purchase in the future. We highly recommend him and we can't praise Ruben enough for his professional work ethic. We came into contact with him through Best Buy and he is really one of the best installers we have ever come across. We highly recommend him and can't say enough good words about him.

The two service guys were fantastic. They made sure everything was working properly and cleaned up after the install even wearing paper booties due to the snow outside.

I recently purchased a new dishwasher from Best Buy and although I'm reasonably handy around the house I didn't feel my skills were up to replacing a dishwasher. So I decided to let the professionals handle it for me. They came to the house and took the old one away and hooked up the new one. I actually had an issue with it after the hook up where it wasn't draining properly and they came back and took care of the problem rather quickly. Glad I let them handle it and not me.

This dishwasher was a replacement for another that was defective. The installer arrived on time and did a good job installing the new dishwasher after uninstalling the defective one.

The experience was overall very good. The team did install properly and were very nice, the only downside is that one of the installers accidentally trashed the 2 screws that were supposed to be used to secure the bottom of the machine. They used other ones (silver, not black) and I am glad they are on the front bottom part so they are not noticeable otherwise I'd be upset. It was an accident but should not have happened.
