This review is for installation services provided with my new dishwasher. The installation was scheduled as expected and our installer Matthew kept us informed on arrival time so we would know when to expect him. He was very professional and knowledgeable and completed the installation to our complete satisfaction and made sure we were happy with our purchase and took the time to answer any questions we had. He pointed out a small imperfection in the top panel which I had not noticed. He ordered a replacement part and returned to fix the problem within a week. He did a fantastic job and I was completely satisfied with how he completed the installation.

Workmen knew what they were doing, quickly overcame a couple of problems.

The installation of dishwasher was very efficient. Had no problems. Was not installed by us. Was a replacement for existing. Did a great job of installing and explaining features. Highly recommend installer.

I can not recommend enough this service. The installer was in and out in 20 minutes. Extremely thorough. He checked all the lines carefully after extracting the old machine, made sure no clogs existed in the waste line, and made sure the machine worked correctly before leaving. The installer cleaned up so well inside and out, that there was no trace of his ever being at the house. Hauled away the old dishwasher saving even more headache. Totally worth having the professionals due it!

The gentlemen that installed my dishwasher were great, they were respectful, prompt and cleaned up after they were done. Now Bestbuy customer service was terrible, they did not deliver my order and it took 4 transfers for them to tell me that the product I ordered was backordered, even after confirming it was going to be installed. truly incompetent team.

The 3rd party company that did the installation of my new dishwasher and haul away of the of the old unit was very quick, kind and knowledgeable. They have been on time or early every time I have used them.

Installation went smoothly, very pleased with Mario and his assistants. I would highly recommend him.

Only used it twice, but it worked great! The interior is smaller than my last one and requires creative loading.
