Installers worked really hard to come up with a solution to installing the dishwasher, however they scratched the door in 2 places, and after showing me the item as installed and running through a test cycle, it never worked. Item was defective and after install was complete the dishwasher was broken and now it’s been 24 hours of absolute ridiculous trying to stay connected to bestbuy support representatives to find another unit and get it installed. Someone please call me!!!!!!

Absolutely horrible the installer put a screw through my counter then promised to pay for repair three weeks later still no check . Got a return text yesterday from installer promised it would be in mail today stay tuned for latest development so dissapointed

The dishwasher was under a 6 month warranty but was not honored and cost me the entire amount with no regard to their faulty product

Not at all happy with installation. Thought I was getting Geek Squad team. Got 3rd party contractor instead. I don't believe this installation would have met Maytag standards. They broke a branch off of drain pipe under sink, taped back together with electrical tape, lied to my face when asked about the tape around the drain, told me they just do that to reinforce a weak connection. Filed claim with BestBuy, have yet to be compensated for damage and fact that I reinstalled dishwasher the way they were supposed to.

Very bad installation. Appears to be missing toe kick. Can see 2” spacing between cabinets and dishwasher. Called to have installer come back and was told I would need to call on another day, because order had not been finalized. This was after the first dishwasher I had installed a month prior leaked. Very dissatisfied.

Got a small scratch on the top panel because the screws they used to secure the dishwasher stripped out and came loose. Also, didn’t let me know that the Bosch have a power inverter and left exposed romex under my sink.

They came on time, but they claimed my shut off valve is old and leaky and they cannot install without changing the shut off valve and charged $200 extra. On top of that they installed the new dishwasher keeping gap on one side and interfering with my cabinets on other side. Now the dishwasher door is getting scratched every time I open the door.

The installers were 2hts late, I had to call to find out where they were. They ran a test cycle with some of the instructions and plastics still inside. The unit was dented. And, according to your team that came to uninstall said dishwasher, completely botched the electrical portion of the install by the way they spliced the power cords together. Oh, and the folks that uninstalled the dishwasher offered to install an outlet for me for $80. I’m guessing they’re not supposed to do that either...

Not install properly. Huge gap making insulation visible. Had an appointment for 7/29 to correct and Josh never showed. Called to report to rep to request reschedule and never got a follow-up. Also left my breaker off. I thought my washer had broken. I had to call a handyman who made the discovery.

Charged us $200 for an air hose, a drain extension line, and couplings. Straight ransom. ABC Installers of Garden Grove, CA, shame on you. You know those parts have a retail value of under $50.

I have had to schedule a dishwasher installation 3 times and the installation is still very poorly done. And six weeks later, I am still waiting for a corrected install. No one is willing to get me the help needed for the install and no one has customer service to understand just how upsetting this is.

my dishwasher was installed yesterday and I’m very extremely upset. I have pictures to show. The install people were supposed to be here between 7 AM to 1 PM. They did not get here till 3:50 PM. I bought a $517 dishwasher and this is what I got after they installed it take a look at the pictures very extremely upset. They didn’t even install the hoses that we paid for that came with the dishwasher

Paid for dishwashing installation, I had hoped it would be an actual installation versus hooking a couple lines up and leaving it as is in a position that it couldn't even be used. I had to have someone else actually install the dishwasher. Photo of how it was left after "install".

Had trouble removing old dishwasher. Scratched my new floors in the process and popped loose a few planks. Also told installers to enter front door. the dishwasher would not fit through the back. They forced it through my back door anyway. Messed up the frame and paint.

first of all Great inside sales experience. Very good product knowledge. I was sold on install services. However I wasted all day waiting for dishwasher to be delivered and install. No show and no call to advise that they were not coming. Had I known that I could have driven to store and picked up and installed myself. I wrote an email to manager and did not receive a direct response -only sales rep to responded to say that he was out of town and would respond later. Im not even sure it is installed correctly as there is a rubber flap that hang down in front that just doesnt look right.

Company promised a thorough cleaning after installation due to COVID. However, the installers left a mess behind that wouldn't have been acceptable even during non-COVID times. I have a picture if the company is interested, but I doubt they are. We were also charged $50 for a piece that retails for $10 and were told the rest was for "labor" It was a screw piece that took 30 seconds. But if we hadn't paid, we wouldn't have had our dishwasher. Won't use them again

Just noticed that the installation was not done as per Texas plumbing codes. The dishwasher is supposed to be connected to the air gap which is then connected to the disposal or drain trap. Will be trying to get Best Buy to correct the issue because if something goes wrong with this dishwasher and it causes damage in the kitchen, our warranty will basically be void due to improper installation. Not happy.

Very unhappy because the hose comes out into the cabinet and I cannot get my trash can in. Very poor installation, never had a problem before. Since I cannot get on the floor, I cannot fix it. Should have been checked. VERY obvious problem. See Picture.

I am very disappointed in the person that was going to install the dishwasher, he said he couldn't install it because it didn't have a shut off valve. He said I have to call a plumber to put a shut off valve in. It had one. I will never be have best buy install anything in the future.

Instalation guys don’t installed properly to save time and leave the things not working. Had to call other guy to fix their job. During the installation they are very rude when you ask for perfect finishes, alignement, properly attachment of the apliances. Dont recomend the instalation.
