Geek Squad installed the dishwasher quickly and neatly. They took their time and cleaned up after. They took the old one away and also took all the garbage from the new one. They showed us how to work it and asked if there was anything else that I wanted to know before they left. They also left their number in case I remembered a question. Great service.

Installer was on time, neat, called before coming, and did a super job!

The dishwasher is good. I really like the turbo boost dry. I was supposed to have free install because of being total tech member. When they came to deliver, they could not install. I had to hire someone to come and install it.

Worst service I've experienced in decades! I had to change the date and time because there would not be anyone avail. The only time avail for us was after 2:30p. I attempted to change the date and time but had to go through multiple folks. Finally, I was told the new date and time could be accommodated, however, I received a text with an arrival from 7a to 7p. In the end, the delivery arrived at 9:45a and we went thru a lot to get someone there. The install itself was good. I doubt if I will ever order an appliance with installation from Best Buy.

The Installer showed up on time and did a great job installing the dishwasher. He even corrected my washer and dryer water hose attachments.

We actually canceled the installation. We wanted to get the dishwasher installed before Thanksgiving. Best Buy's contractor had hired some new people and were going to be a few weeks out. No fault of theirs. We just needed to get it done a little sooner. We have had good experiences in the past and would still consider them for other installations.

Extremely quiet but leaves a little residue on glasses. All in all I would buy again knowing what I know now.

I was amazed at how quickly my dishwasher was delivered and installed. Josh and crew were very professional, efficient and friendly. After they removed and installed my new dishwasher, there was not a trace of any debris left behind. This was a very good experience and I have found Best Buy to be the BEST place to buy anything. Their communication, time frame of delivery is very clear, precise and followed through exactly as promised. I highly recommend! Thank you Best Buy and crew!

Dishwasher seems to work, nothing is leaking. This is a service BB obviously farms out, since when they arrived they initially said they were delivering for Home Depot. We were concerned when the installer initially didn't seem to understand how to install with an undersink food disposal that shared a cabinet wall with the dishwasher

We replaced our white dishwasher with stainless steel. It is much quitter that the other one we had.

Prompt service, with a courtesy call 30 minutes before their arrival . Very careful to not damage my floors, and was very thorough in explaining the operation of the dishwasher.

Our installers were so nice! They were really professional and went over our fridge options until we felt comfortable with it. They were quick with removing in installing new dishwasher. On time arrival as well. One note-- new dishwashers are now plug in for power. So if you have an older model dishwasher chances are it was hardwired. But the team that comes out can retrofit the hardwired setup with a GFI plug under the sink...that's what we got.

Installers are the best. Very knowledgeable and professional. Quickly installed and tested the dishwasher for leaks and to make sure it was working properly. I am completely satisfied!
