Showed up an hour late but they were very nice and friendly. Once they left we realized they damaged our cabinets while installing our new dishwasher. We are disappointed that they didn’t bring this to our attention especially after we tipped them.

Signed up for a morning slot and cleared my schedule to accommodate that. I was called after a few hours to be told they were coming in the afternoon as they were coming from another state. I had meetings during that time and was not able to supervise their work. Not happy with the way they left things hanging.

Truck had no plates. Numerous unnecessary upcharges. Scammers. They unnecessarily did plumbing. Hot water had preexisting 3/8th connection, I had an adapter swith shutoff valve instead they charged over 200$ to unnecessarily replace pipes. Total scam. Electrical was another 200$ scam. Was out of town, wife was home but unaware of what they pulled.

Tech installed an "outlet" that hangs dangerously in mid air under my kitchen sink. Is this what a deluxe install looks like?

This has been the worst experience ever with Best Buy and we can’t get Best Buy to make it right. It was installed crooked & I not level we tried to call to get someone back out twice and have been stood up on both appointments & it still sits here installed improperly Extremely disappointed with Best Buy & the people they have contracted to do their install for our dishwasher

Although the dishwasher was installed, but the old one was left on the kitchen and the installers were in so much rush that they did not even care about asking. They were getting late for another installation. Best buy specifies a window of 6-7 hours for each installation and still did not get it done properly. I had to haul away the item myself.

3rd party installers would not install dishwasher where Best Buy installed my current one about 5 years ago. I sent it back. Geek squad should have come and installed it. Next time I’ll go to Maruszaks, they do their own installs

Installers did a poor job. Not able to fully open the dishwasher door. Hits the stove. Never told me and left. Installers DO NOT FOLLOW COVID PROCEDURES. Refused to put shoe booties on. One man wore a mask the other didn’t. Refused to wear gloves. No disinfecting done. Left black boot marks on my tile floor. Not professional.

Mile High Deliveries Water Damaged my Kitchen Wood Floors. Chris will not submit the Repair Cost to his Insurance Company. I need Best Buy To Process the Repair Costs to their Insurance Company.

First guy did a really poor job and should be fired! He did not turn on the water and ruined the pump on the dishwasher. I had to order a replacement. He almost burned down my house with his VERY POOR wiring hook-up.

1st installed on Dec 28th was terrible that damaged the dishwasher. I had a lot of water leak from both under the kitchen sink and dishwasher. Replaced new dishwasher on Jan 7th, 2023 (2nd installed) was much better than 1st installed.

Installation was a disaster. A team came out and didn't level the dishwasher and also damaged our wood cabinetry. A second team came out and basically couldn't fix it. We're now working with the Appliance Resolution team to get this addressed. This started on June 26th and we're not getting anywhere yet.

We bought this Bosch Diskwasher four our second home as recomended because the "free install" was on sale. And we got a short term delivery date. But nothing happened, third appointments finally the came. Left a mess, unsed threr (3!) toilets (where unattended) but the worst of all the new stainless door has stains we can not remove. Looks poor. I was send pictures. Will show up in store wen back in Florida. Will come bacj

They won’t be able to install the dishwasher under the counter and he said that that’s the beat he can do. The dishwasher is one inch stuck out of the counter. I called and scheduled for re-installation but they sent the same guy which I had specifically told them not to! That’s frustrating!

The dishwasher was never installed it was dropped off and connected but was left not screwed

Did not install dishwasher! Was to be included, but was told they were unable. The supply line went down thru the floor directly to the shut-off valve. There was no reason not to do it when they delivered it. Had to find & hire a plumber.

Installers scratched my wood floor and dented my refrigerator in the process of installing my dishwasher. Best Buy is taking care of it but unfortunate that this happened in the first place

SAFETY ELECTRICAL ISSUE!!! Poorly Installed leaving EXPOSED WIRE with NO WIRE NUTS OR CONNECTORS poorly and loosely wrapped with electrical tape! Ugh, had to pay TWICE for installation. Can't use product.

Installed, the shut off box incorrectly, which cased the dishwasher to not fit. Broke the countertop trying to shove it in. Scratched the floor. Didn’t protect the floor coming in. Didn’t clean up after they left. Left parts, packaging.

Received a call after second, installer corrected the problem but the water inlet was not installed incorrectly by first installer so had water damage in basment ceiling tile. Did inform survey person who called abd asked if the dishwasher was installed. she typed in the fdetails but I never recieved an email or call of appology. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
