I was so impressed with the installers who came to put in our dishwasher. They were clearly knowledgeable -- they were quick -- they cleaned up when they were finished. Really great job.

Usually I do not write good reviews for a service. It is just so rare to come by these days. So this was an exception. A miracle. A bright shining light in the darkness of modern day service industry. The tech did not speak much english, but he did not need to. He had to redo some pipes, replace the entire power cord (original was too short), reconnected all pipes back, fixed my sink incinerator while he was under the sink, cleaned up after himself and just did a very thorough job while explaining everything he was doing is such a way that even my wife understood! We felt very good tipping the guy for such a great work. Unfortunately I don't remember his name, but he was asian.

The delivery and installation of my Bosch dishwasher went smoothly. They were on time, personable, and cleaned up after themselves. Also did a great job demonstrating running the appliance.

The Service Tech was on-time, courteous, and helpful. The installation went without any issues. He demonstrated basics of new Dishwasher and tested it before he left. Excellent service.

The installers were very careful and respectful of property. They pointed out imperfections on the unit prior to installation to make sure we were ok with proceeding. They cleaned up the debris

Had a little mishap with our plumbing the first time they came out which needed to be repaired first. The installers were very professional and told me exactly what the plumber needed to do. Once plumber was done,a 2nd set of installers came out and easy breezy. Was super happy to get it installed before my birthday party!!!!

The installer was excellent! He knew his job and did great work on the installation and confirmed that the dish washer worked properly.

The dishwasher is compact, but satisfies my needs when I have several guest over for dinner.

The folks who did the installation called us 30 minutes prior to their arrival and they were on time. They uninstalled the old dishwasher and moved it to the garage and they were super efficient in installing the new one. They had the dishwasher up and running in a jiffy and gave a demo as well and answered all our questions.

So it drives me nuts that they deliver something bent and go ahead and install it without asking if you want it. My DH was home when it went in or I'd have said something. But if it's bent, ask if you care before it goes in. That said, it is just the kick plate and I'm the only one who will likely notice. The rest of the install process was great.
