Two knowledgeable men brought the dishwasher, installed it and removed the old appliance.

These guy came out of Virginia to install the KitchenAid dishwasher. They were professional and examined every part of the dishwasher both cosmetically and mechanically. Found a bad cosmetic defect in control panel which will require replacement the also found a minor mechanical defect in one of the rolling shelves which they were able to repair on site. I should note that we ordered this appliance on July 20 and Best Buy changed the delivery a total of 5 times so far. Final delivery date seems to be October 30 right now.

I believe the review summary says it all. Unless you know what you're doing, it's always better to pay to have it professionally installed. They disposed of the old dishwasher, too.

The Samsung Dishwasher is very quiet and does a wonderful job on removing all types of grease and grime on dishes and pots and pans. Even plays a little song when it is done.

THESE FOLKS DID A GOOD JOB. THEY HAD THE OLD DISHWASHER OUT AND THE NEW ONE INSTALLED IN ABOUT ONE HOUR. THEY ALSO CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. BOTH WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.

Dishwasher was installed with ease. They installed it better than the original one. It looks so good in my kitchen.

The installers were sent to our old address and drove the extra 30 minutes to our new address to complete the install. They were professional and completed the install quickly.

We purchased this dishwasher a month or so ago and couldn't be happier. Everything comes out sparkling clean and is amazingly quiet. A beautiful piece of appliance.

Took special care to level the dishwasher and made sure the front panel was evenly spaced from the countertop. They were friendly and pleasant and knew what they were doing. Five stars!

The first time they came out was not good. They failed to remove the old dishwasher and told me I needed to contact a floor expert. I called a local handyman and he had it out in 5 minutes. The second time they sent a very good tech and he had the new one installed in no time! He was a great guy and very professional!

The installers were excellent and fast!!! Once installed they ran a quick cycle and confirmed everything was working. No issues.

The guys who came and installed my dishwasher were wonderful. I would definitely have them come again. They did the job quick and professionally and cleaned up afterwards.

The team rolled in then rolled out and left after cleaning up! The unit works well and we have not had any problems.

The installers were on time and nice. The issue I had is the fact that my old dishwasher for some reason had the water line feed from the basement with a 1/2 inch shut off valve that was then by joined to a 1/4 inch line. They said they can’t work on this set up . I have never had an install from Best Buy come and not have an issue. Plastic water line for the fridge has to be changed before they can work on it another issue with the gas dryer as well. Anyway, after being told I have to set up a new install after getting the water line fixed, one of the installers found a water shut off under the sink not being used so that problem solved. They installed and tested it and left. I then noticed water under the sink and found the p trap nut was tightened down so hard it cracked. I had to then replace the p trap. Installation is supposed to be convenient not create work. This is why I gave 3 stars.
