They showed up on time and did a great job with the install not much more you can ask for

There were 2 very polite and quick working men. Very efficient showed us how to work the dishwasher.

The installer was extremely knowledgeable and installed the dishwasher with no problems. Afterwards, he made sure I had all the information to operate the machine and did a test cycle.

Fast, efficient, professional, on-time, cleaned-up afterwards. Everything was perfect.

The guys that installed the dishwasher were nice guys , but seem to be in a huge hurry. The upper rack plastic stoppers on the railing where broken either during installation or shipping. My guess would be installation. The installers where in a huge hurry removing all of the shipping foam and plastic and seem to be struggling. I tried to call Best Buy store about the broken parts and left a message for the manager and never got a return phone call. So I called help line and they wanted to replace the whole dishwasher instead of the 2 $5 parts. Seemed stupid so I called Samsung and the are having a tech come out and replace the broken parts. I found that customer support after my purchase to be terrible and none existent, when it comes to talking to a human at Best Buy that can listen and help. Replacing the whole dishwasher because your install tech is in a hurry, is bad business and inconvenient for me(the customer)! Would be nice to get a phone call from the store. Not the happiest customer. Disappointed!

The guys were on time. Friendly, knowledgeable and worked neatly. They ran the dishwasher through a cycle, checking for any problems or leaks, there were none. Good Job.

The crew led by Bill arrived outside the time window, which was frustrating but then quickly got to work. The dishwasher was in within 30 minutes. Unfortunately, our house was new construction and we discovered that the plumber forgot to finish the water line run. Bill didn't sweat it and said to call him when the line was done so he could come back and make sure everything worked. I did and he arrived within 2 days to verify the installation. I think it was great that he was willing to come back to finish the job properly even though the problem was not something he caused. He also provided some tips for using the dishwasher and cleaning the stainless steel. 5-star service!

Installation crew were excellent. Removed old dishwasher and installed new. Very tidy - no mess in kitchen. Very good about not scratching or damaging floor. Excellent job.

The installer was great! He was able to remove my old dishwasher with no issues and the whole process took about 2 hours. Very easy.

They were able to hook it up fairly quickly. Let me know what issues I had and asked if I wanted to have them fix the issue with additional cost. Only downfall was that the additional fix was a little costly but not sure how that compares to other companies.

Unlike Nebraska Furniture Mart which has "Driveway Delivery" Best Buy had delivery men who knew what they were doing. Dishwasher was installed and the guys did a great job.

The installation of our dishwasher was accomplished by two very knowledgeable installers. They also had good hints on how to get the best performance from our new appliance.
