Guys did a great job. Delivery was important to me on this purchase. FREE. Who could ask for more. The job was well done. If I could I would give even more stars for this..

Professional installation. No issues. Cleaned up when finished. Even emptied cabinet to get to drain and put everything back.

Great, I really enjoy the new dishwasher. The installation and customer service was excellent.

The first crew of three improperly installed this dishwasher and so first use attempt a screw fell out of the dishwasher door, causing a scaping noise, rendering the dishwasher unusable. Best Buy was notified and promptly rescheduled a new dishwasher/installation. Second team of two were very professional and properly installed the new dishwasher. High marks for them.

Well we purchased a very expense stove and range only to find out on installation that additional electrical, gas and HVAC work needed to be done to accommodate it. Needless to say we are still waiting for said work to be done. The sales associate was very good but I think you should ask more questions about where the appliances are going to be installed and inform customer that additional work maybe required.

Got my dishwasher, competitive price although it was open box which was better deal with installation and everything without lifting a finger very happy and everything's works great

Installation service was great. Installer was professional and knowledgeable. Took care to prevent any damage and paid attention to detail.

The installation part wasn't bad, but within 5 minutes of the installer leaving the appliance no longer had power, checked the breaker and the plug in, called the installer back, he did come back when he was able that same day and here it was a loose wire under the appliance. He apologized and was super nice. Overall it was a good experience.

The Contractor(s) (2 MEN), WHO PERFORMED THE Dishwasher installation for our Home and Kitchen were EXCELLENT !!! Their KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE was evident; AND their integrity (their effort to do the best job that they could ) was outstanding !!! GREAT JOB !!! These installation guys were on time, gave me enough notice and did a great job. There kept the job clean and removed anything that they brought with them.

Before I bought the dishwasher we checked all the reviews that I could find and they were all so accurate! ! I love having the 3rd drawer for utensils great space and very quiet !

The team that installed our dishwasher was great! They kept us informed as to their approximate arrival time. When they arrived, we were informed that it was scratched and they would start the replacement process. They installed the new one in the interim and hauled away the old one. They also did a great job of informing us how to use it but we already knew since we had the same dishwasher in our previous home. The replacement is scheduled to arrive tomorrow.

Great install. Only reason not 5 stars is that delivery and install don't happen on same day.
