These guy came out of Virginia to install the KitchenAid dishwasher. They were professional and examined every part of the dishwasher both cosmetically and mechanically. Found a bad cosmetic defect in control panel which will require replacement the also found a minor mechanical defect in one of the rolling shelves which they were able to repair on site. I should note that we ordered this appliance on July 20 and Best Buy changed the delivery a total of 5 times so far. Final delivery date seems to be October 30 right now.

The team removed my old DW and installed hardware for the new DW. They explained how to use it and how to keep it clean on the outside. They did an amazing job and fast!

Cleans everything I put in it. Room for so many pieces and a third level for knives and utensils is nice. Door opens after finished working to tell me it is done. Ha, ha.....

As someone who isn't very handy, I didn't want to mess with turning off the water and all that. My installer was awesome and was amazingly quick. He showed me the buttons as well.

The Geek Squad installer was courteous & professional.. When he ran into a problem, he was quick to figure it out. Left the kitchen in great shape after he left.
