First installer wouldn't do the job because he thought refrigerator needed to be moved and he wouldn't take possilbe damage responsibility. Second installers that came 1 week later, were smarter and had 2 men. They just lifted dishwasher up toward ceiling to get it between refrigerator and counter. They made it easy.

The installers were quick, friendly, professional and on time. They tested the dishwasher before they left to make sure it worked well. Great job!

I already spoke about the installation of my dishwasher by the Geek Squad when I reviewed the install kit...However, to repeat, the two Geek Squad members who came to my home to install my new dishwasher were polite, efficient, worked at a reasonable pace, and took the time to explain the operation of the dishwasher after it was installed and answered my questions without my feeling rushed. They also were careful to take away all the trash involved in the installation process. It can be challenging having strangers in one's home, but the Geek Squad allowed this to be a comfortable experience for me.

They installed my dishwasher with care. They tested it and ensured that it had no issues. They also took their time leveling the dishwasher.

Good tools to have when installing new dishwasher, would but them again

I live in a flood zone and have replaced my dishwasher 4 times in the past 15 years. This is the best buy for the money.No frills. Of course, all it has to do is wash the dishes.

It was a hassel trying to have subcontrator install. My son ended up doing install and got it and also got it to drain. It works wonderful so far and very quiet as well.

Best buy people came on time and installed the dishwasher in about 20 minutes. They do give you a big window for delivery and install. I believe its feom 7am to 7pm. But they do call or text you on the day of delivery with exact time. Overall the process went smooth. They installed my dishwasher, ran a test cycle and left with my old dishwasher machine

The guys were here when promised and did a professional job. This looks better than my previous dish washer.

Our installation was so easy and smooth! Our technician was very professional every step of the way, and am very pleased with everything. Once everything was installed, they explained how to work everything and maintenance to ensure that it lasts long!
