Great professional service. Made the adjustments to make my dishwasher look great.

They came (a little later than scheduled) but did a good job installing the new dishwasher.

The guys were here when promised and did a professional job. This looks better than my previous dish washer.

On-time, early in the day as requested, great attitude, installation went smoothly and everything checked out. Now, we are enjoying our wonderful and quiet Bosch dishwasher.

Install was smooth, on time and quickly accomplished. The dishwasher was unpacked before bringing into the kitchen. The old one was removed and hauled away. Install required a longer than 6 foot drain run which the installers took care of. They installed, checked to ensure washer was hooked up, power avail and the unit turned on.

Gabriel from OTD service was perfect in every way. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous! Communication was excellent, arrived on time and finished up within 30 minutes. Left the area clean. What more could I ask for? Gabriel and OTD to perform all of our deliveries and installations!

Instalation went well. Had to pay an additional $100 on site for them to change my water line supply valve under my sink.

very rushed, dishwasher not centered properly. I did not notice it initially, but there is a gap between dishwasher and the cabinet, which pushes it toward the stove. As a result the stove is not centered properly either....

TWO installers arrived on time with everything they needed to install my GE dishwasher. They surveyed the location and went to work. They overcame the problems that arose during the install, mainly having to replace the water line with new my 10 foot line and difficulty in getting it level within the location. They took the time it needed to do it right and it looked great and worked perfectly when they were done. As a bonus, they came with positive attitudes and both had a friendly demeanor. This was absolutely a plus and something that made the process easy for me. THANKS GUYS !!!!!

Our installers were Amazing! So quick and actually went above and beyond to make sure our product worked properly.

The installation part wasn't bad, but within 5 minutes of the installer leaving the appliance no longer had power, checked the breaker and the plug in, called the installer back, he did come back when he was able that same day and here it was a loose wire under the appliance. He apologized and was super nice. Overall it was a good experience.

Excellent guy that put mine in. My supply line was short and difficult to hook up to but he did it. Good job.
