The dishwasher is excellent and will be beautiful once the installation has been finished. Carlos and his wife were excellent installers; very professional, efficient and friendly, but there was an issue with the existing waterline placement. We need to hire a plumber to add a 90 degree fitting to the water line so that the dishwasher can adequately fit. Best Buy will finish installation once the fitting has been replaced.

Nicely done. Technicians came in time and installed it properly and explained how to use it. Very good experience.

The installers were okay. They got my dishwasher in and hooked it up but then left it to where the return line was spewing out water. I called them back and they still didn’t fix it. After some research, while waiting for them to come back I found what the issue was and ended up taking out my spray hose for my sink and popped the return through that hole the next day. I told them that if they needed to take the hose out when they came back they could. They just told me that I’d need to drill another hole in my countertop/sink for it and left.

The third-party plumber Best buy contracted to install my new dishwasher was very professional, knew exactly what he was doing. Highly recommended

Timely install, quick, neat & they tan a short wash cycle in dishwasher before leaving.

Although a capable average knowledge do-it-yourselfer can remove an old dishwasher and install a new one, why do it when you can save lots of time and avoid potential headaches. This way, you don't have to struggle with removing the old one, water leakage, electrical connections, and leveling issues etc. Plus if there is an issue (leak, or damage to floor, counter, dishwasher) you don't have to deal with making it right since it is on them. On the other hand, any issues created by you, are added to your burden. You have no recourse for correction, it's all on you. Think about it.

They did the job properly and installed it without issues

The two service guys were fantastic. They made sure everything was working properly and cleaned up after the install even wearing paper booties due to the snow outside.

Dishwasher works great - just wish they would have left all of the protective films on so we could remove when we were ready since we still had a lot of construction work going on and it would have protected the items for us

The company they sent out was really great. Very professional and thorough with their install. Took his time and made sure the install was absolutely perfect.

It is very quiet, even when you are standing next to it. My husband was in the kitchen and didn't even know that it was running. The installer was very friendly and helpful.

Installation for dishwasher went smooth no issues so far.

The people that come in to do the service are hard working people. They try to do their best. Very happy with the installation.

They were able to hook it up fairly quickly. Let me know what issues I had and asked if I wanted to have them fix the issue with additional cost. Only downfall was that the additional fix was a little costly but not sure how that compares to other companies.

Fantastic service on the installation — quick, clean, and knowledgeable. Worth paying the extra to have them install and take away the old one.
