Installer called when he was supposed to, arrived when he was supposed to, and was very efficient and friendly. I would definitely use best buy appliances again.

Young men were efficient with the installation and made sure everything was right and cleaned up their mess afterwards.

The gus that installed this dishwasher were exceptional. They knew what they were doing. They went above and beyond, they saw my refrigerator and ask what was going on, so I explain to them the situation. They said they leave me with my refrigerator in that shape, so they reconnected it for me. I highly recommend this group for installation of any appliance you buy from Best Buy.

This is the quad wash dishwasher. It is soooooo quiet we don't even know that it is running. Our dishes come out sparkling clean. We also love the LED lights inside.

I ordered for a panel ready dishwasher. The squad came and installed not only the dishwasher but also attached my panel to the machine and adjust the level. Great job.

We had our new dishwasher and refrigerator installed by two of the best technicians we have ever dealt with, they were extremely concerned on not making a mess, highly knowledgeable in the product and actually took time to answer our questions. The removal and installation of the dishwasher was very professional. Installer was very knowledgeable, insured there were no leaks, and cleaned up everything before leaving.

Out of all of the appliances, they seem to have the most trouble with the dishwasher. At the end of the day, it appears that it was installed correctly but the rubber sealant is not perflect flush with the counter. We were told it was normal. We only ran one test cycle so far, and to our surprise the dishwasher is still wet inside days after. Time will tell if everything is fine or if a replacement is needed.

Works great and priced better than other stores... highly recommended. Always satisfied at Best Buy!

I already spoke about the installation of my dishwasher by the Geek Squad when I reviewed the install kit...However, to repeat, the two Geek Squad members who came to my home to install my new dishwasher were polite, efficient, worked at a reasonable pace, and took the time to explain the operation of the dishwasher after it was installed and answered my questions without my feeling rushed. They also were careful to take away all the trash involved in the installation process. It can be challenging having strangers in one's home, but the Geek Squad allowed this to be a comfortable experience for me.

XPO actually did their job and installed the dishwasher. The installers weren't the greatest and it took them awhile to install. Not sure why Best Buy doesn't have their own reps do it and relies on such a mediocre company such as XPO. Dishwasher is extremely nice though and is the only positive aspect of the entire install
