ThozGuys were extremely knowledgeable and did a great job. During the installation it was discovered that dishwasher that arrived was not the same as what we saw in the store. They knew who to call and what to do. We had it for a little over a week and decided to return it. The same two individuals came to uninstall it and were equally good once again.

The installation of our dishwasher was very professionally done and we've had no issues since install about 4 weeks ago.

The installer knew what had to be done and accomplished the tasks without pause. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

They did the job they were hired to do. They were courteous, on time and quick. They should have worn masks regardless of vaccination status; or asked the customer what their preference would be. Getting hit with extra installation costs because Bosch requires a Bosch, not generic installation kit. They should have known beforehand. The email said that depending on what the installers found we could pay more, but in a relatively new, up to code, basically slide the old one out and slide the new one in, an extra hundred bucks was annoying. They did nick the countertop, but with plans to replace it, we didn't want to make a stink.

The guys were extremely helpful and efficient! They went above and beyond the scope of their job!

If you’re not experienced with plumbing and installs, get the install, you can’t go wrong no sweating and hoping you have everything will put it in and the machine will work correctly first time

We purchased a dishwasher and a gas range. The appliances work fine so far. The issue is with delivery and installation! We were sold parts at Best Buy for the installation of our appliances and charged delivery fees as expected. We were told that The connections we bought were all we would need. The parts were recommended by the salesperson. The Gas Range appliance was replacing an existing Gas Range appliance and the dishwasher was replacing an existing dishwasher. Upon delivery we were charged an additional $370 By a company that is subcontracted by Best Buy. The company was supposed to deliver and install the appliances we purchased with the installation packages we purchased. We have made multiple attempts to find out what happened and why we were charged these additional charges. We have contacted the Geek Squad and all the proper departments (as instructed by BB agents). Each time we spoke to an agent we were told they would get back to us and that they would document the lengthy call. They never called back, I had to follow up each time. Only a couple of the representatives documented the calls. I spoke extensively with them and was on the phone for a minimum of an hour for each conversation. They even had me on a line contacting the 3rd party company and that company had no answer why we were charged. It has been over 6 weeks and still no resolution as promised. NO call backs as promised, no emails as promised, no refunds as promised, no Gift card for our inconvenience as promised. I invite you BEST BUY to review my phone conversations since they are supposed to be recorded so that you can see what your customer service reps have been telling me and my wife...and so that you can see nothing has been done! In addition we have the Geek Squad annual membership (which we will be canceling as well). As a result...after years of purchases at Best Buy we will no longer be using BB for appliance purchases/installation due to the fact that they have done nothing but give us the run around. Despite the fact that most of the agents clearly stated they had never heard of someone being charged the extra amount we were charged, stating that we will get compensated, that they were expediting it to the review department for the final decision on our refund. etc etc. As far as I’m concerned...the worst customer service—>Company I’ve ever dealt with in regards to an issue and getting answers/resolution. This is my first negative review ever and I’m 50 y.o. But hey Best Buy...you asked for my review and how was my experience. I hope this answers that ??? Maybe you’ll reply to me now!

Installation was handled rapidly and professionally. We experienced no problems with the dishwasher which has performed flawlessly.

He was very careful not scratch anything. He was in and out within 30 minutes. He explained how the dishwasher worked. There was no mess on the floor! Job well done!

Professional, courteous installer carefully removed old dishwasher and installed the new unit. Great installation job too.

Installation was quick and easy. Made sure the dishwasher remain property and double checked hose connections.

The team that showed up was able to install the unit with relative ease. they left after ensuring it was working 100% and helped move our old dish washer to the garage.

Dishwasher installation went well. The tech had to install a new electric outlet, at an additional $150 but it works great.

The dishwasher is excellent and will be beautiful once the installation has been finished. Carlos and his wife were excellent installers; very professional, efficient and friendly, but there was an issue with the existing waterline placement. We need to hire a plumber to add a 90 degree fitting to the water line so that the dishwasher can adequately fit. Best Buy will finish installation once the fitting has been replaced.

So happy to have my replacement dishwasher after 5 months without one. This one is a newer version of the one that quit working. After several tries to fix it I was thrilled when 2 Geek Squad team leaders recommended a replacement. I didn't have a learning curve and this new version is easy to operate.

I live in a flood zone and have replaced my dishwasher 4 times in the past 15 years. This is the best buy for the money.No frills. Of course, all it has to do is wash the dishes.
