The installation of my dishwasher was easy and professional. The installers had to cut away part of my cabinets and the 1970s green tile was unharmed. Way to go guys.

The gentleman that did our install was amazing! He was absolutely helpful and considerate! He had to come back for a second time (no fault to him) due to an issue and he was more than happy to do it! I would recommend him and Best Buy appliances any day!

Best Buy replaced our existing Thermador dishwasher, which we purchased from them in April 2021, with a new unit. The original dishwasher broke in November 2021 and no circuit boards to fix it were available, I presented that to Erica at Pacific Sales San Juan Capistrano in late December and was very happy that the dishwasher was replaced instead of having to wait for a circuit board to arrive to repair the original unit.

This was perfect, exactly what was needed. I'm so glad Best Buy always knows

The delivery guy had some problems getting the new washer into the old space but worked hard and made it fit so our new dishwasher could start anew!

Carlos did a great job for us! The delivery was on time and the new Bosch is super quiet!!

Bosch dishwasher Instalation is tricky and not a job for an amature, I am so happy we had it installed professionally. The installer was a great guy, and did a perfect job.

while installing the new dishwasher, the installer tells me that he cannot turn off the water line since the switch does not work and need to be replace before the dishwasher install. He can replace the turn off valve but will charge me additional money or I can find someone else to do it, but I need to reschedule the install of the new dishwasher. So I just pay him extra to have it install right there.

Delivery team came out and removed all 4 appliances and installed 4 appliances in under an hour. They were professional, clean, and quick!

I was given a four hour "window" for when my install team would arrive. They called about fifteen minutes before the window was over and said they would arrive soon, which was about forty minutes later. Although they were quick and cleaned up after themselves, the lead installer was almost condescending. I love my new product, I'm just not as crazy about this aspect of Best Buy's customer service.

i didnt have to deal with anything and it works great, they where on time and nice, and did what they where there to do
