Great service despite install snafu

(It was a construction issue with the flooring). The techs who answered the call were extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable and kind. Although I detest the geek squad customer phone "service", I have always had the best of luck with the in home and in store Geek techs.

The two men that came took all of 5 minutes to access the promblem and fix it. They knew EXACTLY what they were doing. What really impressed me was they took the time to educate me on the use and care of my appliance. They were efficient, professional, knowledgeable, cordial and worked together as a team.
