Local two man crew installed everything and did a great job. They were careful not to damage anything and briefly explained how everything worked.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! We had our new dishwasher and refrigerator installed by two of the best technicians we have ever dealt with, they were extremely concerned on not making a mess, highly knowledgeable in the product and actually took time to answer our questions. When we purchased the dishwasher our install date was about three weeks out. We set it up for a Friday. We were the first call on Chantell's list of appointments. We had a window of 8 to Noon. He called at 7:50 and said that he would be at the house in 30 to 45 minutes. He arrived at about 8:30. He introduced himself to me and my wife. He rolled the new unit into the kitchen and rolled the old unit out at 9:45. He said that our installation took a little longer than most. He was very polite and very knowledgeable. He stayed on task and left nothing behind for us to clean up.

This design is the best. Small bowls fit in the 3rd tray. Solid construction yet lightweight drawers. Perfect cleaning cycles, even the 60 second cycle cleans great. The only problem was that Bosch only supplies one silverware holder that holds around 16 pieces that fits on the 3rd tray, yet there’s room for another on the other side. You have to buy the 2nd from Bosch.

The installers were efficient, friendly and neat. What more could you expect?

I'm a property manager so I purchase a LOT of appliances for several homes and have used many large retailers in the past. However Bestbuy is the ONLY larger retailer I'll be using moving forward. Other companies hire outside 3rd party companies to do their installs and they ALWAYS screw up. Not with Bestbuy - they have their geeksquad come and install and they make appliance buying and installation such a breeze. I will only purchase appliances from Bestbuy.
