Dishwasher installation was great. Good product. But BestBuy has us down for installation next week when they already delivered.! We don't need them to do it again. Please help!! Their website is not working correctly, or disorganized system. Apparently no one updated the order status. This will be very confusing.

The guys were great. Three installers were on the truck. Each had their job. They were in and out and removed my old appliance. Very effortless plus they were on time.

Although a capable average knowledge do-it-yourselfer can remove an old dishwasher and install a new one, why do it when you can save lots of time and avoid potential headaches. This way, you don't have to struggle with removing the old one, water leakage, electrical connections, and leveling issues etc. Plus if there is an issue (leak, or damage to floor, counter, dishwasher) you don't have to deal with making it right since it is on them. On the other hand, any issues created by you, are added to your burden. You have no recourse for correction, it's all on you. Think about it.

Best Buy offered free installation at the time of purchase. Can't argue with that. Installers did a great job.

I cannot say enough good things about the two installers!!! They arrived a bit late because they had to make a way out-of-the-way trip to service someone who had had delays, but it did not affect me too much. They were very professional and knew exactly what to do. They spent time conversing with me about some questions we had and even so in 1 hour they were done, everything looking perfect.

Our Best Buy installer did a great job installing our LG dishwasher. He was also very informative regarding the products for use with our new dishwasher
