Eddie and Felix were to most polite and efficient people, and they did a great job of careful yet speedy delivery and installation of our new dishwasher. They made sure the area was clean before they installed and were not disruptive at all, even though my wife was teaching piano in the next room. And the price was amazing compared to other stores. --5 STARS!!--

diagrams in instructions not clear at all - no good pictures of where to connect drain hose - connections to counter instructions written poorly

The two guys from the installation team were just as my summary stated. They worked efficiently, took care not to damage my hardwood flooring, and gave me a quick run down on the installation and operation of my new dishwasher. It is level, secure, no damage to cabinets or flooring, and the install was done in no time. That’s about all you can ask for. Good work!

This was a replacement install for a defective dishwasher. That being said you have to allow some room because I was unhappy with LG. The install team did a good job and paid very close attention to leveling the unit as that was the error code being displayed on the removed unit E6.

I usually install all appliances myself. But this time, the install was free due to Total Tech, so I thought I would give them a shot. The installers took their time and did an excellent job. I couldn't have done it better myself, and I am a perfectionist. I didn't have to redo anything;)

They had to squeeze it in a tight spot but got it done. They did accidentally loosen the dishwasher vent but no big deal.

Our dishwasher was installed with no issues and the installers from Best Buy were professional and knowledgeable with everything they did.

These guys installed this and I am so grateful. The old one was there 30 years or more. After pulling it out - it was a mess of bird seed and mouse droppings within the insulation (who knew). The installers connected an outlet that was needed to meet code, and were professional. I was so embarassed - so I hope this review makes up for the mess and extra stuff they had to deal with. Thanks!

So happy to have my replacement dishwasher after 5 months without one. This one is a newer version of the one that quit working. After several tries to fix it I was thrilled when 2 Geek Squad team leaders recommended a replacement. I didn't have a learning curve and this new version is easy to operate.
