Old dishwasher was a struggle to remove, very tight fit. Even though opening was large enough the new unit was difficult to fit back under countertop.. Installers were knowledgeable and professional. Job was completed and cleaned up to my satisfaction.

Installers lied about installation options
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Installer recessed our replacement DW and said they had no alternative but after talking to the mfg. my husband and I were able to re-install flush with our cabinetry. So we are very disappointed that the installers misled us and charged us extra for the privilege. We were also charged an extra $200 for a replacement valve that was not noticeably leaking before their arrival. Will not use BestBuy again for appliance purchase & installation.

That being said you have to allow some room because I was unhappy with LG. The install team did a good job and paid very close attention to leveling the unit as that was the error code being displayed on the removed unit E6.
