DId a good job removing the old dishwasher and installing the new one.

Dishwasher works well and the installers were very professional.

My kitchen was being remodeled so the guys said they couldn't install it until the countertops were in. They said they would come back when I was ready. So when the countertops were installed I just had the carpenter hook it up. But when Geek Squad came in to re-installl they did it right. They removed everything because it wasn't done perfectly. The guys were very professional and were not satisfied until it was perfect. They even moved a power box behind the washer so it would more flush with my cabinet. I was very impressed. No rush job with them. They did it right. Very pleased.

The install team were professional and efficent. You could tell they knew what they were doing. They communicated when they were on the way.

The installers did a great job. They were super quick and thorough. We even needed to have a valve replaced, and they did that, too (for extra $$).

Installers were amazing! Absolutely professional, super clean and neat, they showed great respect for our property, and were extremely careful as they moved the bulky appliances around. All packing materials and incidental trash were removed, and by the time they were gone all that was left were our sparkling new appliances. They also provided a tutorial on how to use the new machines. I highly recommend this installation crew.

Could dry more if the door wouldn't pop open, very silent, washes very good.

Dishwasher is fine. Works good. It's quiet. The 3rd party installers that Best Buy uses for their dishwasher installation, don't know how to do the job correctly. They didn't put the loop in the hose that's needed, even after I asked them if they should put it in because the old dishwasher had the loop. They also didn't get it put far enough back under the counter. 10 minutes after they left the dishwasher was beeping at me and giving me codes about the drainage. Unfortunately, they sent the same guys back out the next day to fix the things they didn't do right on the first day. They fixed the loop that was needed for drainage. They ignored me again when i suggested that they take the dishwasher back out to see why it wouldn't go all of the way back under the counter. Had to call and complain again. The 3rd time the Geek Squad came out and addressed the issue of why the dishwasher wouldn't go further back under the counter. They knew what they were doing and talking about. Try and get the Geek Squad to install your dishwasher and not the 3rd party installers they use, if you want it done correctly.

Best Buy's installer Brandon did a great job installing my new Samsung Dishwasher. Neat/cleaned up afterwards. Excited to use it. Very quiet.

The two gentlemen that installed my new dishwasher were fantastic! They were right on time, friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. Carlos actually did the majority of the install and he kept me informed every step of the install. Best Buy must be very proud of the install team that came to my home. Well done!!
