Install great but a minor difficulty

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The install for the dishwasher itself was good, however while disconnecting it, water got into the battery pack of our faucet and we didn’t have water in the kitchen sink for a few days. The installer came back and fixed it and everything worked after the battery pack dried out.

The process took longer to get the installation appointment but it was worthwhile waiting. Brad on the GeekSquad Large appliance team was very nice and went beyond to get the installation team to correct error that previous installation team made.

Good, but not as good as it cost.

They forgot to open the water faucet after turning off the water to ensure the line was empty , and that caused a minor flood. But it was quickly cleaned with a LOT of towels. Some people would say that’s unacceptable but it no harm done in my opinion, and people do make mistakes. Still, a professional should know these things going in, if they do install dozens of these things every year. The dishwasher works and does not leak, so that’s good.

They went back to the truck and found it. The install went ok. The first time I tried to use it I had no water going to the dishwasher. After 2 phone calls, it turned out the installers did not turn the water back on under the sink. Once it got going, it works great.

They called to let me know they were running a tiny it behind, and the install was a breeze. They definitely know what they are doing as they had to amend the outlet. Cleaned up, quick and nice as could be.
