The install was easy and painless. Quicker than expected.

Installing was quick once they arrived. Changed our appointment time twice. Install was free, but they said we needed a new over flow part replaced. We have a fairly new home, don’t think we needed it. It was a $135.00 extra. So that was probably about the charge for install. Be careful with hidden charges.

This was worth every penny. The Installer was fast and thorough!

The installers were personable, professional, worked quickly, and did a good job. Only complaint was I did not answer their first contact call on the first ring because I did not recognize the phone number. After answering there was a significant delay, I assumed it was a spam call and hung up. As a result, they did not arrive until after 5PM even though we were available at noon when the first call came. Had it not been the day before Thanksgiving it would have probably been less stressful on all involved.

Even though reviews of my purchased dishwasher said that it was easy to install, I went ahead and paid for professional installation. It was the best decision I could have made. There were issues with the electrical supply, and I would not have been equipped to handle that. They were efficient, friendly, and left everything in great shape. I am sure I saved myself hours, money and headache by having this done professionally. And on top of that, they disposed of my old machine, so that I didn't have that worry.

The two installation technicians arrived on time, they were polite, and installed everything perfectly.

Couldn't ask for a better job. No extra space left , and nothing was scratched or damaged. No mess left afterwards.

highly recommend this service too. sometimes, it depends on the team that arrives. we got 2 installations and the first time team was a 4Star, the second time team (shifted the piping holes in wood to allow dishwasher to go fully in and gave it a much better look) to align with the granite/the stainless edge blending.

I was pleased how quickly Bill was able to unload the dishwasher from his van, move it into the house all by himself, uninstall the old broken dishwasher and install the new one, in a remarkably quick time and cheerful manner. Great job! (Due to supply problems, Best Buy had had to reschedule the delivery and installation three times, but it finally came and is working fine!)

The delivery and installation guys were knowledgeable, very competent, courteous and efficient. They left no mess when they left. They were also timely and called when we were their next stop. They explained operation of the dishwasher and the extra parts that were not needed for our installation. They also made sure the dishwasher was working correctly. I was very satisfied with the delivery and installation. It was a very good experience
