I bought this as a surprise for my parents, i explained that upon scheduling, the installers text me at an hour out, 30min out, and called me at 10min away to make sure i was able to get them out of the house before they showed up to install. They made a point to be extra quick, and clean with the intallation as well. They were especially careful around the newer cabinets, counter, and floor. /10

Before I purchased this dishwasher I did hours of research. The problem is there aren't many reviews, expert opinions, or tests like Consumer Reports on 18" dishwashers. I couldn't find enough information. I finally decided to spend the extra money for the Bosch. What finally pushed me towards the Bosch was brand name. They are top of the line and I didn't want to chance an unknown brand with little to no reviews. I am glad I went with the Bosch. It's very quiet, does a great job cleaning, and looks great too. We use the recommended Finish Jet Dry and run the dishwasher on Auto and Sanitize. This does a nice job getting the dishes dry. The Bosch was more money than I wanted to spend, but in the end I'm glad we bought it. The brand name and lack of good information on 18" dishwashers are what ultimately lead to my decision to purchase the Bosch 800. It has met every expectation for an expensive dishwasher.

1st install we discovered dishwasher was bent on inside of dishwasher and not flush with counter. Didnt explain anything. 2nd guy was great. Pulled out 1st dishwasher, shook his head that 1st guy had installed dishwasher that was dented up on side. Installed replacement quickly. Showed how to check filter. Started it to check for leaks. So far, so good.

The installers did a fantastic job (Best Buy Partner Innovative Freight Systems). Professional, helpful and friendly. I was impressed with how meticulous they were when they were lining up and ensuring the dishwasher was level.

Done by a 3rd party whom the workers know their stuff but their Team Lead Jeremy was terrible and gave specific instructions to leave the broken and leaking dishwasher in our house and in our Island. The team lead also gave instruction to leave all of the garbage that came along with the dishwasher so he could have his next crew wrap the broken one back up and sell it for an "as is", condition. The workers tried to change the mind of their team lead as well as my husband and myself but Jeremy refused and a mess was left in our kitchen that my husband and I had to fix and take care of so our Island wouldn't be ruined from the water damage from the broken dishwasher that had just been left for my husband and I to figure out and take care of. We still had our old dishwasher so according to Best Buy the broken one should not have been left and left for us to deal with water leakage and all. We filed a complaint with Best Buy and were told we would be compensated for our time and issues with the Team Lead and having to deal with 3 tries in getting our dishwasher that didnt have a broken lock or didn't come with a piece broken where it then leaked water everywhere. We still havent been compensated and we havent even so much as received an apology from anyone other than Best Buy telling us that the 2nd dishwasher leaking and all wasn't dealt with correctly by the Team Lead. Each time when there was an issue the worker would call the team lead and have the call on speaker so we all could talk to him and thus thats why we heard everything from the you leave it broken and leaking there to the next guys will repackage it and sell it "as is", when it was broken and leaking. So, after all of the issues we finally have our dishwasher on the 3rd try and it works great. Overall the workers knew how to install the washer it however came broken upon arrival 2 times which is just bad luck. In the end, we are so unhappy with the Team Lead and his unprofessional decisions and how he mishandled the issues we wish he would take responsibility and provide us the compensation we were told we would have.

We had an excellent experience with our dishwasher installer! They were professional, punctual, and clearly took pride in their work. They handled the installation with great care, making sure everything was perfectly aligned and securely in place. What really stood out was how they took the time to walk us through the features and operation of the dishwasher, ensuring we were completely comfortable using it.

The installation was excellent. They called ahead to let me know when they'd arrive, and arrived when they said. They were very professional and nice guys too. It took them less than an hour to remove the old dishwasher and install the new one. They tested it to make sure it worked and didn't leak. They took the old dishwasher and all of the packaging from the new dishwasher with them when they left. They were neat and respectful of of my concerns. Great job!!

I'm giving the overall dishwasher a five star, because it is a great dishwasher, after several attempts to deliver it, I finally got it. Frist one pump went out on it, second one had a dent, third one and couples months later I finally got it installed. Now for the service part of it. Best buy has the best customers, but it would be nice if you could talk to your local store instead of the call center. And they use a third party intstall company that seems to find any reason they can not to install their products. Chris charge us 150.00 to install a outlet for the washer. Then before he left we had a water leak under the sink. That we didn't have before he got here, another 200.00 dollars we had to pay out for the repair. And then we had to make adjustment to the dishwasher cabinet because the door opening made a noise when opening it. Then Chris hooks the washer up to cold water, so I get a error code, another guy comes out, he hooks it up hot water and it's great. Service order number: 95985483. That guy was so nice and helpful and I have not had a problem since, I don't know what was going on with Chris seems like he was always wired up.

The tech that came were nice. They arrived at the set time. The install was fast and professional

The guys who came to install were quick and efficient. I needed a new outlet installed as my house is older and my old dishwasher was plugged into an extension cord laying on the floor underneath it. This is a hazard. The guys were able to install a dedicated outlet for much cheaper than calling in an electrician and my dishwasher was able to start being used immediately.

The installers were on time and and made both installs without any issues. They started with pulling the old dishwasher out, made the asessment, then installed the new dishwasher. They tested the dishwasher to make sure every operation was to specifications and made sure it was to my satisfaction. They maintained a high quality of prfessionalism. Thank you BestBuy!!!

Been having this dishwasher to about three weeks and have used it just about everyday. We love it!

The install team showed up whithin the time frame. They were fast, friendly, and efficient. They made sure there were no leaks and that the dishwasher worked. They also showed me how everything worked. They also took the old dishwasher and left their phone number just in case I had any issues.

Phil did a great job installing dishwasher. Took him about an hour. He made sure it was level. He demonstrated how to use it and made sure there were no leaks.

Good product for the price and will last a life time

Our installers were truly amazing. They called ahead and let us know when to expect them. When they arrived, they came in, they hauled the old appliance out, and installed the new one promptly and with care. They were courteous and wonderful, and we will absolutely use installation services again.

Installers arrived in a U-Haul and didn’t remove their shoes even though it was snowing. Dishwasher is not centered. They didn’t speak English so I didn’t get any instructions. But they seemed like hard workers and the dishwasher is working. And the dishwasher was delivered and installed quickly.
