I'm giving the overall dishwasher a five star, because it is a great dishwasher, after several attempts to deliver it, I finally got it. Frist one pump went out on it, second one had a dent, third one and couples months later I finally got it installed. Now for the service part of it. Best buy has the best customers, but it would be nice if you could talk to your local store instead of the call center. And they use a third party intstall company that seems to find any reason they can not to install their products. Chris charge us 150.00 to install a outlet for the washer. Then before he left we had a water leak under the sink. That we didn't have before he got here, another 200.00 dollars we had to pay out for the repair. And then we had to make adjustment to the dishwasher cabinet because the door opening made a noise when opening it. Then Chris hooks the washer up to cold water, so I get a error code, another guy comes out, he hooks it up hot water and it's great. Service order number: 95985483. That guy was so nice and helpful and I have not had a problem since, I don't know what was going on with Chris seems like he was always wired up.

Phil did a great job installing dishwasher. Took him about an hour. He made sure it was level. He demonstrated how to use it and made sure there were no leaks.

The installers did a fantastic job (Best Buy Partner Innovative Freight Systems). Professional, helpful and friendly. I was impressed with how meticulous they were when they were lining up and ensuring the dishwasher was level.

Arrived as promised, did the job well, worked efficiently. Dishwasher worked well from installation to now & hopefully for a long time to come. No drips, level, plumb. Cleaned up completely before leaving.

So let me say that the actual dishwasher installation went great! So far no issues with quality of that… contractor was very efficient, friendly, and showed us how to work the dishwasher. HOWEVER Total Tech was another story! Let me say that two dishwashers were purchased for delivery to the same building BUT different units. Well that’s where the trouble started I guess because either the system OR the humans behind the scheduling could not handle 2 installations in the same building, assumed it must be some mistake, and canceled the one installation…no phone call from our Total Tech team, contractor or email to notify us, maybe ask us if this was correct..they just up and canceled… good thing my spouse works from home. What a big hassle having to call Total Tech to try and find out why it was canceled, tried to reschedule and had issues with that as well. (Still waiting for a return call from a supervisor on that!) Beware that when you are scheduling your install…the haul away is scheduled separately. Our rescheduled installation had to be rescheduled AGAIN because Total Tech scheduled the appliance to be hauled away before the old dishwasher was removed by the contractor.

We were looking for a quiet dishwasher, and this one turned out to be even quieter than expected. It cleans effectively everywhere in the machine, so we're not having to obsess over loading methods. It has both simple front controls, so it isn't necessary to use the app, but the app offers additional control if you want it, and also gives a estimated time of completion that so far has been spot on.

We had all four appliances replaced at the same time by the same installer. The dishwasher was done very well. No leaks, worked when he left and was level. Other appliances...not so much!

The team that installed my new Bosch dishwasher did an outstanding job. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were extremely careful not to damage my floors or surrounding cabinetry. They removed the old dishwasher, completed the installation neatly, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. They also took the time to walk me through the features and operation of the new appliance. Their professionalism and attention to detail were top-notch. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We purchased a Bosch dishwasher and had it installed by Best Buy contractors, Bosch dishwashers require a special junction box for the electrical hard wire connection. (other diswashers and including our 19 year old Bosch dishwasher connect the electrical wire directly to the dishwasher.) The installers failed to tighten the electrical wires connection in the junction box which caused the wires to arc, smoke and burn the walls of the junction box. after only 4 cycles of running the dishwasher and smelling smoke we contacted Best Buy and they sent out a new replacement dishwasher and new electric junction box. 2nd installation went very quick and new dishwasher is working perfectly. not sure if electrical issues damaged first dishwasher, but replaceing it with new one right away was great customer service by Best Buy. no charges were made for the replacement.

A very professional team of installers arrived on time and I was impressed with the knowledge and skill the main installer had. I have installed 2 of my own in the past and it took me at least two hours each time. This installer had the old one out and the new one working in about 20 minutes. Worked perfectly, immediately. I learned that the installation fee is always the best option from watching the ease and speed this team was able to do it.

The installation was done quickly. The only problem was I purchased the dishwasher because my old one did not drain out anymore. But when the installers left they told me the new one would not drain either. It seems there is a set of tubes under the sink that needed to be changed before it would drain. Why wasn't that included in the installation?

Bought this dishwaser to replace an old one and I just love it so much.its so quiet,I just cant believe how quiet it is. Love the dark grey inside, works great.easy to use and lots of space.

It's a great dishwasher...super quiet...does a great job. No complaints. The installation itself was good. The problem was getting to that point! Bought a whole kitchen of appliances and getting delivery and installed coordinated was a nightmare! They are not equipped to do it the same day.....so if you want them to install you gotta take two days off work...one for deliveryand one for installation. That's not great customer service in my book. It's a good product. The installation was good, but they just don't have the flow worked out to make it happen with ease for the customer. I would hesitate to overly recommend this frustration to a friend. I had 3 delivery dates set trying to work this out.

This Kitchenaid dishwasher is awesome. First, it is extremely quiet, cleans everything perfectly and the third rack is amazing. I can fit so much more item in this dishwasher, partly because of the third rack. The middle rack is adjustable and there are tines to hold a wine glass in place. The silverware basket is enormous and I like that you have two different ways to load the flatware. Highly recommend. m

Team of two, worked in complete unison, and the installation was quick and exceptionally smooth. They brought their own masks and shoe covers and made sure I understood the dishwasher settings. The original window of arrival was narrowed the day before to 3 hours and again to 2 hours the morning of delivery. The installers called 20 minutes before they showed up to let me know they were on their way. They were great.

This Maytag model is efficient, and quiet. It is very well-built with stainless steel tub. It looks elegant with no fancy gadgets. The control panel is simple and very functional. I asked BestBuy to install it for me. The total cost of this dishwasher and installation was about $900. Mr. Chaz from Best Buy installed the new dishwasher and removed the old one. He was very professional and courteous. The service was prompt and without any problems. He contacted me the following day to make sure if I had any questions.

We purchased an LG dishwasher and are extremely happy with it. It is very quiet and works well. However it is not smudge proof and does leave a lot of fingerprints which is somewhat annoying. The one thing that we were unhappy with was the installation of our dishwasher. The man that installed the dishwasher left a puddle of water under our sink and scratched our hardwood floor while pushing the dishwasher in its current place.

Best Buy installed this Dishwasher, it cleans like no other, and it is super quiet. The only way you know it is running is if the light is on. Love the third drawer for spatulas and utensils that don't fit in the silverware bucket. Really makes the kitchen look upgraded.

Their struggles in installing the dishwasher were due to the original plumbing installed when the house was built in 2003. Copper piping was too short to install the new hoses for the dishwasher. They realized they would need a plumber to complete the installation and contacted one. This was no cost to me but was able to complete the installation quickly. A member of the crew stayed around to wait for the plumber and dealt with him directly. The only downside I can think of are the scorch marks left inside the sink cabinet when they originally tried to solder on a copper extension. I did not realize this had happened till they had already gone. it would have been appreciated if they had mentioned this before they left. Other than that little item they did a fantastic job of installing the dishwasher.
