Excellent installation experience, installer did a great job solving a problem.

The installer was very professional. Installed the new and removed the old dishwashers.without any problems. Good Job!

After removal of the defective unit, installation and debugging the electrical connection, everything was up and running quickly.

On the initial installation, the installer laid the dishwasher on its side. This caused water to leak into the basin, which set off and alarm that required all power shut off to the dishwasher. The manual tells you to turn off the breaker. Then we called to have the installer come back, I was transferred to about 4-5 different people, It was very frustrating, especially when you must repeat the same information to each one, name phone#, etc... Then we were told the earliest they could come out was 2 weeks. I wanted it out of my house at that point. The saving grace received a call the next morning asking if they could come out then and take care of the problem. They did and we have had no further problems. The Take-Away, make sure it runs a full cycle before they leave or get the delivery persons phone number and make sure you can call him back within the first day of delivery, and never lay a dishwasher on its side.

We didn't even realize that Geek Squad installed appliances. They did a great job installing our new dishwasher. The technician called us twice to keep us up to date with his arrival time. Both of them were very friendly. They paid close attention to clean up the mess that they made. We felt that they went above and beyond to ensure that our installation was done the right away. They spent time to make sure that we understood how to operate our dishwasher as well. Start to finish we had an excellent experience.

Could not have asked for better service from these two. Contacted me the night prior to lock in window and what I needed to prep for the install, then called when they were headed so I would be prepared. Walked me through the install as well as how to operate the unique middle shelf. Superior attention to detail. Would want them to install anything I buy:)

Very friendly took out things under my sink and put everything back, made sure it was working.

The service agent that came to our home to install our new dishwasher was professional, quick and did an excellent job.

Install appeared to be fine, but installers left with parts I needed to finished project. Make sure they leave all unused parts with you when they clean up!! You may not need the parts, but you never know when you might need those extra screws, cords, and misc. Parts. Note: installers didn't secure washer tight enough, so it moved everytime we opened the door. It would have been nice to have those missing parts.

The installation was quick and painless. The old machine was hauled away and new one was up and running within an hour.

Loading is very different from our JenAir. It makes odd or larger size items more challenging to load. Otherwise it's five stars hands down.

We ordered a Bosch dishwasher from Best Buy. The Geek Squad came out to install it. There were 2 guys. They were very nice and very professional. It took maybe an hour for them to remove the old dishwasher and hook up the new one. I found a leak under my sink during the install (which had been there for a while, apparently) and one of the installers cleaned it up and tightened the loose PVC drain pipe for me. They did a great job. They went above and beyond what they came out to do. I would highly recommend them for an appliance install.

Installed in a flash. Usually hate paying for install. Do it myself, but ours went out and I was on the road for 2 weeks. BB was able to get my new washer delivered and installed within 2 days so my wife didn't have to be without one while I was out of state. Installers were professional and good at what they did. Would rec them again.
