The two guys that came to install the dishwasher were fantastic very plate. Very careful didn’t take them long they were done. They knew exactly what they were doing. Asked if I had any questions very professional.

The installation was done very quickly! They removed old washer and installed new one. They also ran the dishwasher to be sure it was ready to go.

The lads doing this were fantastic. Scheduling a bit goofy but with the pandemic I sort of expect that. The crews came and made sure the new one would fit first, then called the guy downstairs on the truck to unpack the new one while they pulled out the old one. Crew downstairs brought up the new one and took out the old one while the other guys installed the new one. Nice job, all looks good. Courteous and professional Job Well DOne

Installation process was a breeze. Guy showed up on time and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Doesn't get any easier than that.

They answered all of my questions and made sure that I knew how to reach them if I needed them after the fact. They took the time to ensure that it was installed properly and that I felt comfortable. The technician was excellent. He had car trouble and still got this to me and installed it the same day. He exceeded my expectations in every way. He kept me updated, and when he showed up to my house he had his vaccination card out and covers for his shoes. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job with the installation.

Best Buy completely botched the delivery and smart wifi connection on three kitchen appliances. Horrible customer service! They were not going to deliver the dishwasher even though they had it in stock on the day of my delivery. Best Buy said they did not have it until I complained. First they said on the phone the day of the delivery, "its first come first serve." Well, I paid for it over 5 weeks ago". Suddenly it turned up. They delivered it several hours late and the delivery guy comained to me multiple times that "he was not happy about this" as he had to go back at the end of his day to pick it up and deliver it. The customer service people do not listen and hang up on you. I've spent over $5500 on appliances here. In the store, they guys were great. After that, its all offshore people who made a huge mess, hang up and cold transfer when they do not want to fix difficult issues that Best Buy created! When I tried to get Geek Squad support, it was no where to be found. When I called and asked, "can you tell me what your installed yesterday" they said no, it looks like its still on order". Michael set up return orders and initiated refunds when I am not returning anything. I will never shop here again and will most likely initiate a law suit if not compensated. (Reps in the last 24 hrs, almost an entire business day in phone calls: David, Jade, Jasmine, Michael, Evelyn, Kristina)

Install crew was outstanding. I needed an electrical outlet installed and didn’t have to wait for another crew to come and install it. They explained everything in detail. I couldn’t be happier!

They called before arriving, installed the dishwasher quickly and removed all packaging and old dishwasher.
