This dishwasher was installed well and is still going strong

Installers were quick and courteous. They were professional and made sure product was fully functional before leaving

Not the installers fault. This dishwasher replaced one that was 27 years old. Back then the water line was located in the front of a machine and now they are located in the back. I called a plumber in to make the alteration the same day and Best Buy returned the next day to complete the installation.

My Bosch dishwasher is super quiet. The installation went smooth and the installer was very kind and professional.

Victor was fabulous. He worked with us to get the dishwasher installed early. The weather was not good and he still went out of his way to get it installed in the evening. Very nice guy who cared a lot about the work he does.

The gentleman who installed my Dishwasher did a great job. Professional and easy to talk to. Cleaned up afterward. You know sometimes when the cable guy comes over, there is the guy you can't wait til he leaves. And then a guy you feel like you could be buds with. Don't know a thing about either, just their presence. This guy was great, probably one of the best guys we've had set up our appliances for us.

Extremely quiet dishwasher however, the cycle time seems longer than previous Bosch dishwasher. Installed by the Geek squad. Very competent.

The installer did a great job. Connected all the hoses and wires in the correct places.

Driver of the delivery Company Meganice Trucking said I needed a new overflow valve for an additional $120. Then I needed a new valve under the sink for another additional $120. I paid him $240. As I really didn't have much of a choice since they were already installing. This was in ADDITION to the installation charges. Driver could not give me a receipt. He said he would e mail one on Monday. Never did. Contacted my salesperson. Later that day I received a call from Best Buy. Nothing ever came from that conversation. Feel I was totally ripped off by installation. Two little additional parts and five minutes and was charged $240. Extra.

The Bosch dishwasher does a great job of cleaning and drying dishes. However, the lack of any indication on the front of the machine that it is running or finished is annoying. Even when you open the front to see where it is in it's cycle, it indicates only that is "active" or "clean;" no notion of whether it's washing, rinsing or drying.

Purchased the GE Slate dishwasher and the installation contract from Best Buy and glad I did. They installed it 1-2-3. No problems so far.

technicians were very efficient, thorough. did a good job quickly but not rushing. Took the time to explain usage and answer questions.

Gentleman who installed all four of my appliances was prompt, friendly and very good. He kept everything clean and cleared out his mess.

Workers were fast and knew what they were doing. Job was done in no time.

The installer Chris was great. He called and commicated time frame. Was very professional and respectful to home. He went above to get these newer models that did not have same secure attachments correctly. He took time to show us how to use it and made sure it was in working order and if qe had any questions he took time to answer. He cleaned up and was great.

Like the stainless steel interior. Not exactly thrilled with the silverware "basket", Machine is very quiet and cleans well.
