Our installer was friendly and competent. He knew his business and did the job quickly and correctly. This was a very good experience.

The dishwasher set up ended up being an extra $250. I was told I needed and plug in outlet installed behind the unit itself rather than where the old dishwasher was plugged in. I also had to pay extra for a different type of hose as the other one was not long enough. Neither of these were pleasant surprises but they did a good job.

Best Buy installation crew is incredible. They were fast, clean, took care of my house and property and were kind enough to teach us all sorts of tips and tricks about the dishwasher before they left. I probably could have done the installation myself but it would have taken five times longer and would not have been as professionally done. Don't think too hard on this; get the pros to do the installation!

The first they did not leveled well the dishwasher. After calling Best Buy they sent another team to fix it, and the 2nd team did a great job

Installers did a thorough professional job while handling some challenging access problems without hesitation and left the work area clean.

We had major issues with two malfunctioning dishwashers delivered and the same delivery guys came and installed. The final delivery was made and I have to say, this crew was WONDERFUL!! They were so helpful and kind, they all deserve a raise - so professional!!!

Installation was very smooth. Installer calls ahead to inform he was in route. He did a good job.

The installers (christopher & his sidekick) deserve 5 stars because they did a fine job, BUT best buy's scheduling process absolutely sucks. We were finally able to get the dishwasher installed a month after purchase because the first 2 appointments were cancelled -- but only after waiting all day for someone to show up. Moreover, it was difficult rescheduling -- even after going back to the store -- apparently because the warehouse, store, installation scheduler and the friendly and kind customer advocate are not on the same page about this process.

This guy was terrific. He really knew what he was doing. He had in in no time at all.

The installer Chris was great. He called and commicated time frame. Was very professional and respectful to home. He went above to get these newer models that did not have same secure attachments correctly. He took time to show us how to use it and made sure it was in working order and if qe had any questions he took time to answer. He cleaned up and was great.

On-time, efficient, and clean. Based on my installation experience I would shop Best Buy again.

The installer was very polite and quick. All was ok until I found out that the dishwasher had not been leveled. Luckily, this was discovered by the installers of my cooktop, and fridge.
