Installers were thorough in their installation of the dishwasher. Leveled it and checked for leaks and for proper operation.

We had an excellent experience with our dishwasher installer! They were professional, punctual, and clearly took pride in their work. They handled the installation with great care, making sure everything was perfectly aligned and securely in place. What really stood out was how they took the time to walk us through the features and operation of the dishwasher, ensuring we were completely comfortable using it.

Installers arrived in a U-Haul and didn’t remove their shoes even though it was snowing. Dishwasher is not centered. They didn’t speak English so I didn’t get any instructions. But they seemed like hard workers and the dishwasher is working. And the dishwasher was delivered and installed quickly.

The install service for my dishwasher was excellent. They set the appointment several weeks in advance, called me to confirm prior to coming out to the house to install 24 hrs. ahead as promised. I had given them the wrong house number (it's for a rental property) and I asked them to correct it. That was somewhat a lengthy process, transferred to another person, the process took 20 minutes. I was told the installer would call me 30 min ahead of time to confirm they were on their way the next day. He did call and he did NOT have the change of address so I told him the correct house number and he met me about 20 minutes later. Very nice young man, did a great job installing, and hauling away the old dishwasher. He did not re-install the PVC elbow pipe quite snug enough and I had a slight mess to clean up later under the sink. I was cleaning paint brushes in the sink so I know it occurred after he left. I was able to re-seat the pipe with the seals I had so no big deal. I was really running the water hard in the sink so I don't totally blame him for not seeing the problem unless he's supposed to turn the water on full blast. He did demonstrate the dishwasher before he left and pointed out no leaking. I would use the service again; but I would turn the water on all the way and let it run for a few minutes before signing off on it. Otherwise 5 Star Service.

We had a slight issue fitting it that may have caused an issue with the drain line (not his fault), but he took the time to find a solution and make sure it worked before leaving.

Efficient & on-time. Worked to install new dishwasher but offered no information on how to use the item! Also came up with “additional” work needed & additional charges!!!!

Very quite nice look. The only issue we have the first month was keep peeping and GE update the software. We didn’t expect that but it happened

The Best Geek Squad Install Ever, certified plumber and with my unique set up - knew exactly what to do. I have confidence in a great install...professionalism, knowledgeable, personable and I got my little lesson on how my new dishwasher works. Explained along the way on how I got a great machine and it will be quiet as it does it's work.

I love how you can adjust the height on the middle row. The third row is a bonus for anyone who uses ramekins for their dipping sauce. It's beautiful, you can see yourself when looking inside it, how crazy is that! It's so quiet, my husband had no idea it was running, went to open it, I had to stop him and explain the red dot on the floor. Yep, it has an indicator light to let you know it's running! The only bad thing, that's really not that bad, it's never, and I mean 'NEVER' dry inside. So, just like a washing machine that's stainless steel, you need to run a cleaning tablet once a month to keep it from smelling.

The installer who delivered and installed our Whirlpool Dishwasher from Best Buy was very professional, knowledgeable and conscientious with removing the old dishwasher and installing the new Whirlpool dishwasher. He tested it prior to leaving for leaks and working ability.

As a long-time do-it-yourselfer, I'm always reluctant to pay for someone to do something I can do myself. But there comes a time when the effort and hassle gets to be too much. We bought a dishwasher and had it delivered and installed. Getting the whole package eliminated the problem of finding a way to get it home, carrying it into the house, installing it (the easy part), and removing the old unit. Another benefit is that they bring the necessary accessories, so I didn't spend time figuring out exactly what was needed. They were in and out in less than an hour, while I'm sure I would have spent an entire day to do the whole project.

I purchased a new Bosch dishwasher to replace my 19 year old Bosch dishwasher. The new one holds more than the old one and is super quiet. I’m very pleased with my purchase. The salesperson that completed the transaction was extremely professional.

The guys who came to install were quick and efficient. I needed a new outlet installed as my house is older and my old dishwasher was plugged into an extension cord laying on the floor underneath it. This is a hazard. The guys were able to install a dedicated outlet for much cheaper than calling in an electrician and my dishwasher was able to start being used immediately.

Had difficulty ordering a dishwasher on line so I called- the Rep suggested this model. I was in a hurry so I went ahead and ordered for my condo. The Bosch dishwasher is amazingly quiet and does a great job cleaning the dishes. Everything fits, pots and pans too. The panel flashes if you don't shut the off button after unloading- not a big deal. Rep scheduled Geek Squad install the same day as delivery; they called me 5 times to remind me. Then installer showed up before delivery, left, and it took me 3 days to get him back but he did do a great job. Make sure to schedule install day after the delivery.

Love our new dishwasher! Best Buy delivery and installation was awesome! They came when scheduled and provided a specific time that morning.

The installers were on time and and made both installs without any issues. They started with pulling the old dishwasher out, made the asessment, then installed the new dishwasher. They tested the dishwasher to make sure every operation was to specifications and made sure it was to my satisfaction. They maintained a high quality of prfessionalism. Thank you BestBuy!!!

The guys were absolutely amazing. They got to my house around 830 at night just so I would have my appliances that day and not a later day. They were very polite and clean. They picked up after themselves and even put a level on everything after they finished to show me that they were level. They went over the product features with me and showed me how they worked. This was the best install I've ever had done. 5stars

The installers were professional and did a treat job. No fuss or complaints, like the H.D. installers. My installation was suspended and item returned because of them. Best buy installers were diligent and super nice. They had no issues installing my new dishwasher. I would ask for them if needed. Because of this excellent service, I am now a Best Buy fan for home appliances. Sorry H.D. you just lost a great customer.
