The one installer that I thought did his job thoroughly and efficiently was Scott who installed the dishwasher. Out of all of my new appliances purchased, this was the only one that went off without a hitch! No matter what store you purchase from, they all use 3rd party vendors and it is the luck of the draw!

Installer was good, quick, knowledgeable, courteous, clean and very helpful. Best install experience ever.

On the initial installation, the installer laid the dishwasher on its side. This caused water to leak into the basin, which set off and alarm that required all power shut off to the dishwasher. The manual tells you to turn off the breaker. Then we called to have the installer come back, I was transferred to about 4-5 different people, It was very frustrating, especially when you must repeat the same information to each one, name phone#, etc... Then we were told the earliest they could come out was 2 weeks. I wanted it out of my house at that point. The saving grace received a call the next morning asking if they could come out then and take care of the problem. They did and we have had no further problems. The Take-Away, make sure it runs a full cycle before they leave or get the delivery persons phone number and make sure you can call him back within the first day of delivery, and never lay a dishwasher on its side.

They came on time, hauled out the old dishwasher and installed the new one with no issues. Great service!

The installer did a great job. Connected all the hoses and wires in the correct places.

The installer was obviously a new hire, but was well trained and did a great job, unfortunately for him, his truck was not properly stocked and his boss had to come from Bowling Green with the part. So a 30 minute install was a 2 hour install. I was pleased with their professionalism and the quality of work they did.

I know Best Buy uses 3rd party installers but this person was completely unidentifiable as a professional & didn't leave a receipt/invoice for our purchase. The most frustrating thing was that they did not follow CDC guidelines for mask wearing, as Best Buy indicated they would. Luckily we had our own masks to wear ourselves but I don't appreciate someone coming into house & not following the guidelines. He also didn't add a loop in the tubing under the sink to prevent backflow & took out the tubing we had installed for our previous dishwasher to make a loop (which I should've caught before he left). We haven't had an issue yet but we'll probably have to add our own tubing extension. I would probably not choose Best Buy if I needed an appliance installed again.

The gentleman who installed my Dishwasher did a great job. Professional and easy to talk to. Cleaned up afterward. You know sometimes when the cable guy comes over, there is the guy you can't wait til he leaves. And then a guy you feel like you could be buds with. Don't know a thing about either, just their presence. This guy was great, probably one of the best guys we've had set up our appliances for us.

Incomplete installation. The dishwasher was not mounted properly and the dishwasher leaks. I was told by the technicians that installed the over that it his supervisor was informed and scheduled a replacement. So far, not additional information provided. For the the three items I order and paid for on September 1, 2025 I have spent a minimum of six plus hours trying to get status reports and customer service. Best buy has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

The installer did great installing the dishwasher. Thought he was late , he was apologetic and quickly installed the dishwasher on Sunday.

BestBuy provided the best appliance delivery & installation service I've had in the last 5 years or so. I will never, ever buy another appliance from the two most famous big-box home improvement stores in NC! They were on-time. They kept me informed throughout the whole process. And, most importantly, they installed the dishwasher correctly the first time, unlike some of their competitors.
