Very impressed with Juan Carley & his associate. Their attention to detail while installing my dishwasher was impressive - made sure it was flush with counter, level & plumb. He also verified that dishwasher ran correctly & checked connections for leaks. I would highly recommend these installers. They are a genuine asset to Best Buy.

This dishwasher is as silent as claimed. It also cleans dishes very well. You don't have to use the standard 2 hr setting to get dishes clean-so long as there is no caked on material on the dishes-the one hour setting will do just fine. There is a variety of stacking options, which is great, but most of the time one arrangement of the trays will suffice for most people most of the time. One little, but not insignificant, gripe I have is that the handle on the lowest tray did not have its plastic cover. I called Bosch whose representative took details and said that the part would be sent soon. To date no part has arrived! Pretty sad that, out of the box, appliances are missing items. Best Buy's installation people were a joke. They clumsily broke the junction box for the electrical connections so that I had to tape it to keep it intact. They looked for any excuse to not have to do install the machine. And they didn't install it. And I had paid for that! So far no reimbursement from Best Buy of the installation fee has been forthcoming. This is 'strange' since everything is computerized and the installers noted that they did not install the machine. Clearly the they did not report that to Best Buy central office! Very poor indeed by Best Buy.

A bit of a problem. It couldn't be installed during the first visit of the installer since he did not have time enough to redo the plumbing necessary. Re-scheduled for a week later. There was a snow storm and he called and asked if he could reschedule for 4 days later. He said he would give me a bit off on the price of installation. I said fine. He called on that day late in the afternoon and asked if I wanted him still to come that day. Installation would take a while, so would I prefer that he come first thing the next day. I agreed to it. The installation was fine. I still need the electrical work done. I did get a break on the cost of the installation, so I am satisfied. The dishwasher is working well.

The install team showed up whithin the time frame. They were fast, friendly, and efficient. They made sure there were no leaks and that the dishwasher worked. They also showed me how everything worked. They also took the old dishwasher and left their phone number just in case I had any issues.

It was a crew in training by a suoervisor that came out - and they did an excellent job. They uninstalled and hauled away our old dishwasher and installed the new one very quickly. Outstanding care was taken to ensure the unit was installed carefully without damage. They leveled the unit and made sure it was functioning properly - then I was instructed on how to use the dishwasher before they wiped the entire unit down and disinfected it.

Our installers were truly amazing. They called ahead and let us know when to expect them. When they arrived, they came in, they hauled the old appliance out, and installed the new one promptly and with care. They were courteous and wonderful, and we will absolutely use installation services again.

I was concerned that BB would send out inexperienced installers, but I was very wrong! They knew exactly what to do and got right on it. They had several other jobs to do that day but I never felt they were rushing through the installation. They were very courteous, kept the house clean coming in an out, installed the dishwasher very professionally. They didn't damage my floor, cabinets or counter. I have had numerous electronics installed by the Geek Squad and EVERY one of them was done perfectly. I was very satisfied and Im not easily satisfied! I would recommend them 100%.

Have always had Kitchenaid dishwashers and this one is no disappointment. It is quiet, efficient, and holds everything I use on a daily basis.

The installer came on time, and was focused on installing my dishwasher without any interruptions. He took his time making sure that all connections were secure, meaning no leakage. He made sure the dishwasher was level also, that's a plus for me. After installation, he made sure the dishwasher worked on different cycles. He even answered some questions I had about the dishwasher. I liked the fact that he gave the installation his fully undivided attention. Meaning he was not trying to finish fast to go to his next customer. Great job !!!

Excellent install experience! Extremely professional installation team, had old appliance out and new one installed in very short order. Took the time to securely anchor product, even installing additional bracing, and leak tested appliance and hook-up at water valve. Very impressed with installers!

I am always a bit nervous with appliance installation that the technician does a great job. Sometimes it feels like certain technicians are rushing to get to the last appointment as quickly as they can. With our dishwasher installation, this was not the case! Super happy with the team that came out and complete the work. They were respectful, took their time, were extremely careful with the belonging in the house, and did not feel rushed at all. I wish I could have this team for every single installation! Super thankful for them!

So far so good the dishwasher is quiet , leaking and work perfect.

Selling points - smooth ball bearing racks gives effortless glide to rack's pull and push (also denotes a quality product), most metal vs. plastic construction compared to other brands, stainless steel tub, adjustable 2nd rack, lots of holes (40ish) on the wash blades and back of washer for forced water to reach and clean items, sanitation super hot cycle, heated coil drying vs. air circulation drying (not needing a towel to constantly wipe remaining droplets of water), great rep - one of the "lowest % repaired" brands on the market, smooth hidden cycle panel (easier to wipe clean with cloth) vs. button cycle panel (when wiping down counters crumbs and crud can easily fall into the button crevices-must use toothpick to constantly keep clean), no 3rd rack - they don't really clean the front and back of items well (see small wash blade on top of dishwasher and 3rd rack does not have the open design as the other 2 racks for water to easily reach items to clean), also the 3rd rack usually prevents placing tall glasss and plates from being placed in 2nd rack or have to constantly adjust rack, shorter normal wash times than competitors, in the average quiet range. Overall, I felt I got the very most "bang for my buck" in the mid range price of dishwashers. Pay too little and it's cheap junk. Pay for all the "bells & whistles" that end up not being used and more chances for things to short circuit and break. For the Best Deal - buy around a holiday time when deeper discounts are offered or ask to match a competitor's price, brands sometimes offer free installation or rebates (see brand website), store may offer free delivery if certain price point is met, sign up for or use Best Buy credit card for additional reward points or "free" no finance fee extended initerest payment periods. Some of the Bosch had very good reviews, but their construction (racks in particular) seemed inferior and they did not offer a heated coil drying cycle. I spent a lot of time and effort making a decision before choosing this Kitchenaid. I hope my opinion will help in finding the best dishwasher for you. PS I don't care for their new industrial modern handle - wish they offered a choice and that's why I bought the older model. I like the towel rack handle to keep a little cloth handy to wipe away any water or finger prints.

These Best Buy contractors were some of the most efficient installers I have come across. They were extremely polite and highly professional and competent. I barely knew when they were leaving, they were so fast and quiet. They did an excellent job

Even though almost all dishwashers are supposed to fit in a slot that is 24 inches wide and 24 inches deep, we held our breath when buying a new one. I had measured the width of the unit in the store, and it seemed we had about 1/8 inch to spare. No problem. The unit fit, and the installation was relatively quick and tidy. The installer took the old unit away with no damage to the floor, door, etc. We.ve run it about a dozen times, and there is no indication of excessive vibration or noise. It's nice to deal with a pro.

The guys who installed our new KitchenAid dishwasher were fast, efficient and professional. Very happy with installation!

So far, so good on the LG. Looks good, very quiet, works well. The price was a good deal for an LG quiet machine.

My installer arrived with his son to help out and they did a great job! I have absolutely no complaint. They both knew what they were doing and installed it quickly and correctly the first time. The father gave me a quick run down on how to run it, although I read the manual after they left and everything he said checked out. It has been running flawlessly ever since! I have a stove coming soon and I really hope they come out.
