The first item was dented on the top when it came out of the box and the installer took the effort to determine that it was not just a cosmetic issue and noted that it impaired its function. He arranged the return and replacement then and there. I had to wait a few days for the new one for a swap. The second installer was as careful as the first and quickly made the change and installed the undamaged machine.

The installation, when it finally happened—it was the third attempt—was quick and easy. The installer was pleasant and professional. He removed the old dishwasher and installed the new one in under half an hour. Scheduling, however, was very difficult. Best Buy’s call center turned out to be in Panama, and it was difficult to get a time for installation that agreed with the rules of my condo.

It’s unusual to find a service company that turns up within the advertised window, Let alone 10 minutes early, like these guys did. They did an excellent job installing my dishwasher, even going to the lengths of laying down floor coverings between the front door and the kitchen. Removal of the old one was quick, installation of the new one even quicker. Good job guys
