The installation is fine and was within an hour but the hose to the sink leaks every time I start the dishwasher. I haven't yet called to try to get this fixed but plan to soon (right now I have a bucket under the counter catching the water, but that's not a long-term solution). The installer was nice and friendly.

Tony was great. Informed us our Bosch dishwasher purchased was a good choice. He was very informative - He has the least amount of service calls for Bosch while it being one of the most popular brands. Tony advised us to put the dishes in dirty and if we clean 1st, we won't get good results. So, we scrape off the solid stuff, then straight into the washer - everything is spotless! The silverware drawer looks like all new - amazing. We use one teaspoon each of crystals and rinse agent and we have a new level of clean!

Great dishwasher Had a leading brand and was given great information about the comparisons between the two. Was skeptical on switching to this brand but after using it for a couple of weeks, it works better than I could have imagined The service professionals that installed it were top notch. Extremely professional and very courteous. We had a little issue with the first install and they sent the team back out and corrected it flawlessly with and without any questions. Truly made me a fan of Best Buy.

Dishes are superbly cleaned and the DW is extremely quiet while running. Installer was an expert at his job and very careful.

It started with scheduling the appoontment that was almost 3-4wks wait time to install wait time. Contractor just to put an electric outlet behind the dishwasher that I could do myself for $75outlet cost + assume 1hr labour $50, charges $350. Complete robbing business. Two years back BB use to charge $50 of shufling and used to take old one at no cost. Futher messess up the water connection that starts to leak which was not prior existing condition but demanded $150. I said to him I will sue him and BestBuy, then only he replaced the valve he messed up. Be aware of all these hidden costs doing business with BestBuy.

The young man installing the dishwasheran was a Class Act. I couldn't believe the efficiency with which he removed the old washer and installed the new one without a helper. He arrived on time and finished before the 2-hour window closed. If I knew his name I would request him for every appliance installation I might have.

Geek Squad did installation. They were very professional and respectful of my property. Cleaned up everything when completed.

They did a great job and he stayed to showed me how to use it.

I have nothing negative to say about the installation of my dishwasher. The guys were very friendly and even pointed out to me where there was a small hole behind my dishwasher where small rodents could potentially get in and they sealed it up for me. That was great to know because we just moved into our house and would not have ever known had they not pointed it out. They cleaned up everything and hauled off my old dishwasher. They were very pleasant and professional.

We chose best buy for a one stop shop of delivery, install and haul away thinking it would simplify our lives but we were very wrong. The initial dishwasher arrived damaged, which was unfortunate but it happens. We were rescheduled for 4 days later, but when they delivered the dishwasher customer service forgot to reschedule the install as well. They told me they could not install it for another 4 days, which we were not happy about because our garbage disposal was shut down from the initial haul away and we were hand washing with a sink that kept getting backed up. A few days later, I called back to see if they could move our installation earlier because of the points above and because there now was a giant dishwasher sitting in the middle of our kitchen blocking our entrance/exit for days. I was told that the last person I talked to didn't fully submit my appt so I actually had no upcoming installation appt, nevermind getting it pushed sooner. The customer service manager I spoke to had no empathy and would not work with me to get a quick turnaround appt after the several mistakes on best buy's part, and I had to wait another 5 days to get it installed. I am extremely disappointed by how best buy handled this.
