Everything was installed and cleaned and working well.

Excellent cleaning dishwasher. Quite running and overall a good buy.

We chose best buy for a one stop shop of delivery, install and haul away thinking it would simplify our lives but we were very wrong. The initial dishwasher arrived damaged, which was unfortunate but it happens. We were rescheduled for 4 days later, but when they delivered the dishwasher customer service forgot to reschedule the install as well. They told me they could not install it for another 4 days, which we were not happy about because our garbage disposal was shut down from the initial haul away and we were hand washing with a sink that kept getting backed up. A few days later, I called back to see if they could move our installation earlier because of the points above and because there now was a giant dishwasher sitting in the middle of our kitchen blocking our entrance/exit for days. I was told that the last person I talked to didn't fully submit my appt so I actually had no upcoming installation appt, nevermind getting it pushed sooner. The customer service manager I spoke to had no empathy and would not work with me to get a quick turnaround appt after the several mistakes on best buy's part, and I had to wait another 5 days to get it installed. I am extremely disappointed by how best buy handled this.

The installation guys were on time. Did all the work in a proffessional manner. Very happy with their work.

The install guys did a great job installing the dishwasher. They were done in less than 30 minutes.

my service with best buy has been a disappointment.we bought our kitchen appliances from them and payed for installation.well the dishwasher was hooked up and the person made sure it ran.well a little while after they left i went to check on the dishwasher and it didn't drain.also had problems with the dryer installation.was told by the installer that they had the wrong flex line and i would have to take it back to the store for a replacement. why am i paying for installation and having to run around for the parts??then when the went to hook up the gas stove the same problem.they brought the wrong fitting and couldn't hook up the stove.have paid another service to fix all of the above issues,will have second thoughts about using best buy for any installation at all.plus i'm still waiting on refunds from all oh the installation fees.

I let Best Buy install everything. My wife works from home so there is never any issues with scheduling. They take all the packaging and the old appliances with them so no need to go to the dump. They're clean and quick wouldnt change a thing.

Once again a excellent job of installation with Best Buy.

I hate it when these 3rd party installers hired by Best Buy corner you to spend extra when they get to your place. They try to pretend to be nice and give you that option but always geared toward letting you really purchase additional service from them which I really hate because they are already there and you don't want to reschedule the installation on another time which could take weeks! Also, they don't handle new appliance carefully!!!

The men who installed my dishwasher were very nice and knew what they were doing, I've not had any trouble with it so far.

MN Plumbing and Home Services is who Best Buy contracts for this installation. I had terrible installation experience with the stove and microwave. Somehow, they did the dishwasher installation okay. Probably due to the City requiring a permit and inspecting the installation. The guy installing did not use much care. He was hurried, slamming the unit in. It was if he was on a NASCAR pit crew.

Josh and his associate of J & B Appliances did an excellent install that required extra length hoses. They protected the cabinets and counter top. They were in and out in an hour.

It was a free install for me as kitchen aid dishwasher promotion. And he was quick and efficient and did his work perfectly
