Great dishwasher. I recommend this to everyone one. Very quiet,beans the dishes very good. No issues and he install went great!!

This install was a cluster. The tech arrived and said he was there to pick up the old one and leave the new one. We didn’t have the new one yet. He said another member of Geek Squad would be out to install. I called Best Buy and was told that tech was supposed to install it but obviously didn’t want to do it. So Best Buy had to reschedule a few days later.

The Best Buy installer was on time, courteous and did an excellent job. Our hardwood floors came through with out a scratch.

The dish washer was installed quickly, and it works well. The installer gave me some good info on its functions.

The new dishwasher works great. We had an error code on the first one, but this one has worked perfect since day 1!

The young men who came to install our new dishwasher were very good. They removed the old one and installed the new one without any trouble. They went about there job and were very courteous. When they were done, they cleaned everything up. There was no mess for my wife and me to clean up. They could not have done a better job.

The guys who installed our dishwasher were fast, friendly and efficient. They were in and out in no time!

I love the 3rd tray for smaller items. I expected it to be quieter than my old one but I can barely tell that it is running

Guys that installed was no professional. One of the screws fell out and he said it will fall out again. I fixed it myself and got it to stay. He’s not friendly on the phone. I had to reschedule one appointment because he was not going to be on time? Why give a time frame if you can’t keep it? Then I had to wait another month to get it installed only to have a screw come out and being told he wasn’t going to be able to get it fixed. People don’t go out of their way to help common folks anymore . Sad customer. I recommend the dishwasher just disapprove of your installation team?

Great being able to conduct the entire transaction on line. Excellent installation too.

We were a bit worried because we never had a dishwasher before in our kitchen. The installation man did an amazing job. The only thing I wish would be better is a kick plate that wasn’t bent upon arrival. Hopefully it’s not too noticeable once the rest of the kitchen is installed.

The Best Buy delivery rep did a nice job removing our old dishwasher prior to installing our new unit. The entire time he was here he was professional, quick, and informative as he walked me through the features of the new unit.
