Best Buy should give more business to him

Professional and friendly service. The person (the same guy for 1st, 2nd and 3rd service) took out the water hose but this person (5th) provided his own parts to me when he heard my worst experience for the installation. My dishwasher was delivered and completed 90% installation on Dec 08 of last year except for water supply.

Great Installation

I appreciated the thoroughness of cleaning up under the dishwasher and the floors. The installer pointed out a very corroded water pipe under my sick and rather than taking the chance that his removing it would ensure he wuld not get it back on, he turned off my water entirely. I really appreciate this kind of thinking and the help cleaning up.

Knowledgeable and quick

They put something down on the wood floors so that they wouldn't get damaged and cleaned things up once the install was done. A job well done of explaining the features on the dishwasher and showed me how to clean the filter.

A little disappointed that they were left this way after the first and second appt. But happy with product now.

Oops

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After having to PLEAD with BB to keep their word, when the folks finally showed up (on a Saturday) and installed the machine I was grateful. The 'kickplate' was trashed out of the box and hasn't been addressed as yet. Josiah, the assistant manager at the Springfield Oregon store, told me he would get a replacement out to us or replace the machine, but hasn't done so yet. I have sent him a text but, alas, he has not responded. This appears to be the business model for best buy as it's pretty consistent. Best Buy seems to keep good customers at arms length. This is the reason we are closing our account with Best Buy.
